Signing up for April I have reached my goal for March of replacing my old job's income (I used to work part time). Not sure April will be so good - I've had to turn down a lot due to the kids being home.

Still no B+++ hours - or even Bane! - appearin gon my invoice. I do have other work on there though. Can anyone remind me of the latest date inthe month you can submit your invoice on Appen? I thought it was the 2nd, which doesn't coincide with what they are saying about B+++. I don't want to miss out on pyment for my hours on the other project I work.

@Madre77 Congrats!! I don't know what's happened to my application then, I applied 8/9 months ago. At the time of my application I couldn't commit to many hours and now I could do more! I'm aware you're not supposed to reapply tho so not sure what I can do?!

I feel the same way about B*e and Bar. Although I'm still plugging away at Ban*r I really wish I hadn't done any, I could do without the hassle of the invoice!

Hello. I've been lurking and trying to learn for a little while. I've just used the OP's trading link so you should have a free share soon. I usually just matched bet but as there is no sport I felt like trying something new. I signed up for Appen ages ago and haven't heard anything, is that normal? Your monthly figures are great - can't wait to start!

Hey can anyone here help me. Before the crisis I worked in a shop and also did some freelance work. Now my shop is closed and the freelance work has dried up. Waiting to hear if I'll be eligible for furlough (my employers aren't sure at the moment as my circumstances are a bit different), but even if I am, I am still going to be struggling because of the loss of my freelance income.

I actually am a member of appen from a fairly long way back, but had problems with my figure eight account so never ended up being able to any work with them (or at least the one project I tried to do, I needed this figure eight account for. I don't know if they all do). Is there anything anyone could recommend? I'm really stressed and worried.

@AlbusBumblebee I would recommend applying to all projects that you're suitable for on appen. Eventually you'll get something and it could be a long-term one! The figure eight account has to have the same email you used to sign up with appen. Just apply and worry about sorting figure eight after. Not all tasks use figure eight.

I would try neevo, utest, prolific, apply for crisp. A lot of people use clickworker.

Personally, my biggest earner is appen.

My problem with figure eight seems to be that I have the wrong type of account. I don't understand how that happened but it won't let me register with them for the correct type of account using the same email address, which is the only email address I can use because it's my appen address!

I will sign up to all those you suggested. I'll see if there's a helpdesk for figure eight too and if I can get the account sorted out but good to know not all appen tasks require it. I gave up back then because I didn't need the money so much at the time. Thank you. If I remember correctly I applied for crisp and did a test, about 4 months ago. Haven't heard back since but I understand it has a long waiting list. If I'm very lucky I will hear back from them soon.

@AlbusBumblebee I haven't heard back from crisp and it's been eight months. Someone else on the thread has just heard back after 6 months. Honestly just apply to everything on appen. Only one task I've done so far has required figure eight!

Someone was asking re Neevo payments - not had any for a while and they owe me a LOT now as I have been dedicated to doing that work whilst waiting for Appen projects to start.

I received my logins last night, tested them and they worked, but just tried logging in to start working and it's saying page can't be displayed.

@rhij86 yes managed to do a couple of hours on it today. At the weekend I did have that same message so I cleared cache etc and went back in and it worked - might be worth a try if you haven't done that?

In other news I feel like I've just won a major prize as have FINALLY been accepted onto Crisp. My husband can't quite understand my excitement
