Are those pro planners supposed to be for Adults?

Buy a doll...Wash Hair...

They look awful, she clearly lacks any imagination and has just used her own life as a advertising tool. Can you imagine if a real business owner turned up to a meeting with a diary full of emoji;s and cup cake pictures...

Ah, love them, they do try

OhMyGodTheyKilledKenny · 01/10/2019 14:48

I wonder if she accidentally got the dates wrong or if flights were significantly cheaper tomorrow.

Got to look after those pennies you know! Wink

Gotmychocolateimgood · 01/10/2019 14:50

4 days is a LOT of training. Maybe she couldn't face listening to the whole thing!

JackDelaney · 01/10/2019 16:21

Sigh @ that training...."Learn the system that made me millions" - "find unlimited prospects"....jees. They wanna sell tickets so bad.

It's so cruel. These reps desperately chasing the dream. Paying a load of money to hopefully learn something useful. All this training is the same. They all offer new tricks to make tonnes of money from selling and recruiting. It sounds great when you're at the training all pumped up, teamies all around you, mentor waving his arms around and getting you hyped...but back at home, in front of your phone, away from the buzz, reps always end up in the same place.

But they've spent so much money, invested in themselves, self development and training. No wonder some reps just CAN'T quit however bleak it becomes. They've just got to the point where they've invested so much that if they quit they'll throw all that investment away.

:(

The Network Marketing Ninja is promoting a success summit in November and he and Castle will be doing a live tonight titled "How to build a team of eagles"

9dartfinish2nd · 01/10/2019 16:48

Is coaching basically the only way left to squeeze money out of the MLM industry?

I have now seen a Nu Skin Blue Diamond (Supposedly one of the top earners) seems to have quietly dropped the company to focus on Social Media training, she wasn't on my radar until I saw the list of speakers at the last EMEA summit in Spain. everything she posts now is focused on that.

I think the MLM industry is imploding rapidly in the UK.

Gotmychocolateimgood · 01/10/2019 16:54

These coaches seem to parade the reps around, massage their egos, praise them on stage, super VIP treatment etc and offer to collaborate with them, but the rep (Castle in this case) is paying for the privilege. Yes she's in the top Earners club as she once earned a million but she's not any more!

It's desperately sad that she thinks she's signed up to something worthwhile. The content will be vacuous, full of pretend corporate jargon eg 'blueprints for success' but absolutely useless. And will cost her at least 2k I reckon.

Whiterangey · 01/10/2019 16:54

Ray Higdon is truly amazing, as are others like him, they are truly amazing!

How they can find enough suckers to part with such a huge chunk of change to listen to them talk about crap under the guise of 'training' amazes me.

The audience will all be whooping and crying and seeing the light like a religious experience. I would liken it to being in church and likening them to a Priest who is sharing the Gospel. However priests don't charge you to be there and are genuinely sharing their love of God and are sharing to help people.

I'm an atheist, but some of the nicest and kindest people i've met are very religious, they find a religion, all religions when practised properly do that whole be nice to everyone thing, and they share the niceness with others.

Ray Higdon and his ilk preach MLM's and rubbish, the people that go to his talks carry that with them and share that to people they meet. They are told to do things like get rid of anyone they know who is negative. So they do those things. Gotta fly business class to show off. Then they all worship Ray Higdon, who is just someone who spouts rubbish but does it in a certain way as to make them all believe it and worship him.

It scares me that someone would go all that way, spend what will be thousands, to worship someone who is a prat. Anyone could do what he does, I could, though i'd probably start laughing as soon as I started on the script.

"How to locate an unlimited amount of people to prospect"

That doesn't exist there is a finite amount of people on this planet, and most of them are now sick of MLM's. Not to mention that simple maths says you literally run out of people. Is he going to ask them to check behind the sofa? Under the fridge? In the bag you used for that wedding back in June?

Bluewavescrashing · 01/10/2019 16:55

Totally cult like behaviour. Very worrying indeed.

JackDelaney · 01/10/2019 17:26

There really isn't a price that can be put on certain experiences.

Even though it's patronising and false and conditional on them benefiting the company, whether through free advertising posts, buying products, buying training etc - the pull of MLM can be too intoxicating for some people to turn away from. Once the hooks are in.

The feeling of being welcomed into a community of supportive empowering women, that will unconditionally 'love' you, support you, listen to you, validate you, worship you.

They love whatever you do, every post, every live. They tell you that you're an inspiration. They tell you that you're valued. That you are an entrepenuer.

I've seen reps post stuff like the below....

I failed my GCSEs and I didn't really know anything about business. I felt like I had no prospects but now I have my own business?! I EVEN TALKED TO THE CEO!!! He said I was going to smash this industry. He saw something in me that no one in my family and friend group saw.

--

I totally get why some people are hooked on this ego stroking because it's the ultimate form of validation and community. As long as you're compliant your uplines will make you feel so special. I see Valentus reps obediently buying their monthly autoship of coffee and whatever they post on their social media there are at least 30 teamies stroking their ego and telling them how inspirational they are.

After a while it's impossible for some reps to break free from this and go back to being a 'nobody' again (especially with the propaganda that the MLM industry pumps out against quitting and joining the rat race).

That's why so many people can't break out of MLM but the experience and validation becomes too appealing despite the continued losses.

Gotmychocolateimgood · 01/10/2019 18:30

@JackDelaney spot on. I think what you've described has pulled Castle in to pay out for this trip.

Bluewavescrashing · 01/10/2019 18:34

Uber has 6 huge boxes of stock (deodorant) pictured on her stories. It's terrible value for money.

Tupperwarelid · 01/10/2019 19:06

Didn't Castle and husband take son and parents to Florida earlier in the year so they could attend Higdon training? How much more can you learn 6 months on? Surely it will just be the same stuff re-hashed?

FranceTeam · 01/10/2019 19:14

Has anyone seen the film, The Witches, based on Ronald Dahl’s book of the same name ? It was on channel 5 a few weeks ago.

The witches conference when they are being berated by the Grand Witch for not killing enough children reminds me of the FL success day sessions you see on YouTube.

darceybussell · 01/10/2019 20:48

Haha! That reminds me of a brilliant anti juice plus video done by a personal trainer on facebook a while ago. He had a brilliant nickname for the top juice plus bots - 'Grand High Juice Plus Bitch'!

Mielabel · 02/10/2019 11:45

I actually paid for training from RH just before I left MLM. It was being promoted everywhere and was guaranteed to grow your business.

After paying the training just consisted of messaging people on social media, particularly FB and Instagram, complimenting their profile and pitching the ‘business opportunity’. If you do a certain amount each day for a month the theory was you’d end up growing your down line.

It was soul destroying work. I hated it and got two vaguely interested people, but they didn’t want to pay out to join, so no new members. I think it was at that point I realised I’d worked as hard as I could and I’d be better off putting my efforts into another area.

Now in a great J.O.B with guaranteed wages each month that pay for everything I need without stress or ruining my friendships pitching stuff. Why i had ever wasted years of my youth in MLM- if I’d joined the world of work instead I’d actually have my own house by now and god knows what else. At least I’m still not in it I guess.

fromdownwest · 02/10/2019 12:04

On the plus side of all these coaching folk, at least it means that the top bots are the victims of their own sham. Every cloud

Meanwhile sis is claiming that despite the chemo she feels good .... because of the aloe gloop.

Is there honestly any situation in life that a bot won't use as a sales opportunity.

I get that some people who go through a life-altering situation such as cancer like to blog etc to help others but that tends to be about positivity, sharing feelings, an outlet for their emotions .... not pushing a product.

Whiterangey · 02/10/2019 19:31

The network marketing ninja has accounts on companies house.

Interesting.

dickiedavisthunderthighs · 02/10/2019 20:30
