deepfried I have just under £9 payable on ohmydosh today!

I’ve also got another £7 odd on 20cogs and £1.35 on lottoland so today has been a good day.

Otterses · 10/03/2019 07:35

1.5 hours of crisp last night and 45 minutes this morning Grin and my Leapforce already done ...

So £10.61 and a mystery amount from Crisp.

WithAllIntenseAndPurposes · 10/03/2019 12:03

I'm on £16 from crisp 🤣
Hardly feels like I've done any either so hopefully when I get time to do a good amount will see a good amount

HaventGotAllDay · 10/03/2019 12:26

This afternoon I am going to effing sign up for effing Appen again. Every time I sign up and activate account, next time I try and login it tells me I don't exist.
This will be my third attempt. Humph.

Numptysod · 10/03/2019 12:51

All I did for appen was a spelling test! - my account has not been activated so I must of missed something? Have emailed!

crazygirluk · 10/03/2019 13:53

How's everyone getting on with crisp? I feel like I have no idea what I'm doing tbh, some of it seems really subjective. No idea what I've earned either as not got the login to that bit yet.

FloofenHoofen · 10/03/2019 14:23

Just to remind all that are on Appen that the clocks have changed over there it's now -7 PST. Worth noting for invoicing or if working early/late.

FloofenHoofen · 10/03/2019 14:24

Numptysod I never did a spelling test. Did you apply for micro tasks or search evaluator?

Otterses · 10/03/2019 15:12

@crazygirluk I'm not finding it too bad! The Lego stuff confuses me though 😂 I feel like I'm using reverse image search a lot 'cause I know bugger all about Lego. I do know what you mean though. It is a bit subjective.

Glad to know I'm not the only one earning mystery amounts

@WithAllIntenseAndPurposes I think you'll be raking it in soon Grin

I'm going to try to come to with a proper routine this week. This is all starting to feel a bit chaotic and all over the place to me. I think ideally, I want to aim for 10 hours a week with Crisp, and 7 with Leapforce at a minimum (next Thursday I'm off, so I think I'll do a full a day of Crisp if possible).

Numptysod · 10/03/2019 17:26

I’m able to select projects though like Nile, Sakura? So surely I wouldn’t be able to do that if I did micro tasks?

Otterses · 10/03/2019 17:48

No @Numptysod - those are 'proper' long term projects, have you applied to qualify for them?

TwllBach · 10/03/2019 17:53

Can I ask if people have had any joy with an app called airtime rewards? It was linked through o2, so I link my card to it and when I shop with selected retailers I get cash back that is taken off my phone bill if that makes sense.

I’m not sure if it’s just o2 but if anyone wants a code I can refer friends and we both get 50p.

I’ve had a slower day today, £4 ohmydosh, £1.33 20cogs and 50p Quidco so far. Also a few Swagbucks points.

Numptysod · 10/03/2019 18:08

I applied but nothing for 4 weeks roughly and my account not been activated which I thought was odd, but could apply for Nile though?

Otterses · 10/03/2019 18:55

@Numptysod I'll say it once, and I'll say it again ... apply for everything Grin throw it all at the wall and see what sticks.

Silkyanduna · 10/03/2019 19:58

Can I join took the plunge. With matched betting today and made 11.69

FloofenHoofen · 10/03/2019 21:01

Another Appen question Otterses what is the working week? Is it Monday to Monday or is Sunday the start of the new week? Massively confused because my project doesn't say, it just says 15 hours min a week.

I started half way through a working week and thought I had managed to cram in 15 hours by Sunday. But if the working week starts on a Sunday then I only got 10 hours in for that week.

FloofenHoofen · 10/03/2019 21:52

No worries Otterses just found my project guidelines for work. Max 20 hours over 5-7 days a week. So I think that includes Sunday.

Another question while I'm here 🤓 I set my Payoneer up to pay to PayPal, is that what everyone else has done? I'm now wondering if it would have worked out better to do straight to bank account, however I cannot see how I can add a bank account in Payoneer currently. So may just have to stick with PayPal.

margaritasbythesea · 10/03/2019 22:19

I just did Payoneer. I have no idea though really as I haven't been paid. Which reminds me. I have to look up whether to invoice weekly or monthly. I also keep forgetting to take screenshots when I finish.

I can't tell you what a difference it's made to me getting started making money on the side. I'm really grateful for this thread Otterses. Flowers

FloofenHoofen · 10/03/2019 22:42

I know, same. This has been a game changer for me.
I've been invoicing daily, so I can keep track. I've not screen shot anything either but then I'm in a different project and there seems to be a time tracker in the tool.

margaritasbythesea · 10/03/2019 22:46

I meant to say Payoneer to PayPal

VanGoghsDog · 10/03/2019 23:24

@deepfrieddaffodils

I was in a really boring job last year working 3 days a week, or which one was from home, so I had bags of time to do surveys and yes, you get rejected by tons but now and then you get an interesting one.

I cashed in £25 last year which was nearly all surveys - probably took 6m? I saved up for some hair straighteners. I find it more motivating to tell yourself it's a particular thing.

I seem to get more rewards as a cashback alternative to Quidco. It tracks more quickly and with less hassle too.

Are we allowed to post referrals?

Anyway, he's mine: www.swagbucks.com/lp-savings-button?cmp=695&cxid=swagbuttonref&rb=39156569&extRefCmp=1&extRb=39156569

reddA · 11/03/2019 09:09

Just did my crisp test - really hoping it was okay but I have no idea at all!! I did record how many I did though (thanks for the tip!) Keeping my fingers crossed, I don't seem to be getting anywhere with Appen so it's all resting on this really. Hope everyone's had a great weekend Grin

HaventGotAllDay · 11/03/2019 09:22

I have applied for all 7 things on Appen that it has let me, and done a reading comprehension thingy on Lionbridge. I thought (am an English teacher preparing students for this sort of thing all the time!) that it was a shoo-in but I only got 80%. Don't know if that's good or not. Hmm.

Otterses · 11/03/2019 09:34

£20 MobileXpression today. £10.61 leapforce + a mystery Crisp amount I'll earn later.

Hoping to get a two hour Crisp session in at lunch, or tonight between 8-10. Maybe a bit more if I'm lucky. Also hoping my login will arrive today so I can see what peanuts I'm making Grin

TwllBach · 11/03/2019 10:14

Could someone tell me whether or not the mobilexpression thing is worth it? Is it just an app that records everything I look at on my phone?
