This is the 45th thread in a long series about the dangers of network marketing/ MLMs such as Forever Living, Ariix, NuSkin, Arbonne, Younique, Valentus, TS Life, Monat, Stella and Dot, Tropic, various slimroast/weight loss coffee MLMs and MANY MANY more!
Posts here will give examples of the lies told by 'top bots' who portray luxury lifestyles in order to lure in new victims and of the other techniques and brainwashing used by MLMs.
The reality is that 97% of people who join an MLM end up LOSING money. Always bear that in mind when considering paying money to join!

After a prolonged Facebook debate with an Arbonne bot yesterday who helped me pretty much get a full house in MLM bingo I’m starting to resign myself to the fact that the people who are joining an MLM after the wealth of anti MLM feeling and press on how LuLaRoe is on its arse, Stella and Dot leave Europe, Avon pulling out of Aus and NZ, are actually, well, a bit thick. And like my Dad always said, you can’t argue with pork. Im getting to the stage where I’m just laughing behind my hands at them.

While I was with Younique, one of my friends who is firmly entrenched in his "amazing opportunity" tried to recruit me to his MLM. Most of his posts are about "biohacking" and how his product will help stop aging and make you healthier. Problem is, most of his posts he looks older than he is! Not a great advert for the product.

I follow a younique bot who loves rabbits and has four as pets. She is looking more and more yellow as time goes on... the makeup really does look cheap and nasty.

@notsurewhatshappening have you pointed out to your Younique bot that they aren’t cruelty free? No leaping bunny certificate

Poor Homeschool looks exhausted, which is the par for the course with a tiny baby, but she’s unable to rest and enjoy her baby and any form of maternity leave as she has to keep plugging her business.

"If you don't work, you don't get paid!"

This is also a good passive aggresive phrase to say during trainings which wires in to the brains of struggling bots as either "im not getting paid because i dont work hard enough" or a paranoia in my case that "I've been doing 10 hour days but they must think I arent doing anything, time to up it and also post about this in team pages so my uplink and downlink can see I am doing lots". A win-win for top bots as they can then play off the bots trying hard by showing and praising them until someone else appears to be working harder so continually raising the bar.

Me to Revital-U bot: “Octodrine is dangerous. It’s banned as a supplement in Australia”
Bot: “I don’t sell it in Australia”
Me: “.....”

Another bot is putting their home on the market - Castle's sister is selling up.

She hasn't said what their plans are but I wonder what the story is behind that? Following her sister abroad maybe? Renting somewhere impressive? Downsizing with a feeble excuse as to why?

@9dartfinish2nd - since the huns are all trained and experienced independent-business-owning stylists, I am sure they are going to be fine- they will be sourcing and negotiating prices for their stock, carrying out in-depth market research, assessing margins, ... oh, wait...

And this shows exactly why they are not independent business owners but unpaid sales reps.

Someone at the top makes a decision and boom you lose your business.

Its not Mom, it's Business Developing Coaching which is using similar techniques of MLM and Mindset coaches. His free course will be an upsell yo his property development courses which in total are the best part of £9000. He's targeting vulnerable people. The people he has already successfully coached to make money in property already had assets and money to invest. This local paper is eating out of his hand printing lots of articles for him and I want to shake them and point out what he is doing! Any help?

Yawn's latest recruit is someone from Stella & Dot "who have pulled out of europe and left their distributors with nothing" does Yawn really think FL will look after her if they go tits up? I think not dear...

It's ironic really isn't Teddy that post of hers just demonstrates that MLM bots are not independent business owners.

OMG - when you tell the new addition to the family their job is to join lifestyle marketing posts and help mummy make new friends (recruits)!!!

The addition of young cute puppies now makes sense - not just stay at home stuff. It's exactly like selling tat on ebay. Exhausted the school gates and baby stuff - get yourself a puppy and loads of new people will talk to you!

My aunt has asked me to like her new acti-labs page. She's also in usborne and scentsy. I just can't do it!

A seller based in Bradford seems to have disappeared from Facebook. As has her business page.

Yawn has scribbled on her whiteboard again. That makes her a serious bizniz wuman right?!

Is Yawn going to sell or rent her house?

She's posted before and after photos of her house on Facebook. The before photos are from the estate agent listing when she bought the house and the after photos are estate agent like shots.

She owes a huge loan to her company which is due in March so could be putting her house on the market to pay that off.

Or could just have taken after photos.

I would hunch a guess that they are moving over to join Castle for a cheap life where they can live on the monthly pay from FL
I imagine the parents will join them soon leaving Bruv in the rented London room.
