MLMs/ Network Marketing: Thread 45

Spongebobette · 05/12/2018 12:24

This is the 45th thread in a long series about the dangers of network marketing/ MLMs such as Forever Living, Ariix, NuSkin, Arbonne, Younique, Valentus, TS Life, Monat, Stella and Dot, Tropic, various slimroast/weight loss coffee MLMs and MANY MANY more!
Posts here will give examples of the lies told by 'top bots' who portray luxury lifestyles in order to lure in new victims and of the other techniques and brainwashing used by MLMs.
The reality is that 97% of people who join an MLM end up LOSING money. Always bear that in mind when considering paying money to join!

Bloodsucker is an absolutely vile human being. She is much cleverer with her social media though where she doesn’t tell the same obvious lies like yawn.
She deserves prison for the money she has scammed from those who cannot even afford to eat as whiterangey says.

Joinmyteam1 · 06/01/2019 09:30

Salon moved to Valentus .. she took bribes to stay with LTW and convince the downline all was fine and the company wasn’t about to collapse . Even helping to sell the £1k founder positions. Which were made up positions to give the business cash flow

Whiterangey · 06/01/2019 10:41

Salon being dishonest? I don't believe it for a single second.

Don't forget the huge downline she had in Traffic Monsoon, a ponzi that collapsed but I believe she came out as a net winner. If she did they are still supporting out those who were met winners and will claim the money back from them so Salon could be forced to pay back what she got from traffic monsoon.

Whiterangey · 06/01/2019 10:42

Should say sorting out those, not supporting.

Orchardgreen · 06/01/2019 11:28

Yawn has surpassed her usual poor taste in her recent post.

BangingOn · 06/01/2019 11:34

Does Sleaze have a really tiny head in proportion to his body, or is it just the weird angle he takes his selfies from?

CatherineCookson · 06/01/2019 11:58

He's just weird.. wtf is "the internet lifestyle"? Pretending you're an entrepreneur whilst scamming folks through ponzis doesn't sound like a aspirational lifestyle.

FranceTeam · 06/01/2019 13:02

what is QLS ? Is that a different MLM from Forever Living ?

BangingOn · 06/01/2019 13:11

QLS is the name of the business owned by Bloodsucker and her husband, it’s FL. Google will give you quite a bit of info.

How come Yawn wasn't at that training?

couldn't afford a ticket maybe?

CurlsandCurves · 06/01/2019 14:21

Don’t think Yawn is in the QLS group, so the training wouldn’t have been open to her.

It’s only for the very special qls group members, dontchaknow.

fitgirl26 · 06/01/2019 14:31

I think anything photographed next to Wig's massive hair would look tiny...

One of my fl bots has just posted about how someone found a lump in their breast and they felt guilty for not having an income set up for their family. Apparently they then joined FL and got the all clear. The moral of the story seems to be how much she would have let her family down if she had cancer and had not joined FL to set up an income for them once she was gone.

Whiterangey · 06/01/2019 17:40

So joining FL means that a lump in your breast will get the all clear. 90% of breast lumps are nothing to worry about. I have been in the 90% and I was sick with worry until I got the clear. I know someone who was in the 10% and as soon as she found the lump the last thing on her mind was about finances, it was more of a 'oh shit I've got cancer' type thing, which she did have. Her treatment and recovery went as well as you can hope for when it comes to breast cancer but she would have been in no fit state to be flogging aloe during her treatment.

Funnily enough she did get approached by a bot to join the bots downline during treatment, this was 16 years ago so no online anti-Mlm stuff, she figured it out and told the bot to go away. She used stronger language though.

Sunshineandshowers81 · 06/01/2019 18:11

It seems there are no lows to the levels bots will stoop

FranceTeam · 06/01/2019 18:39

Is there a lot of competition between the top bots then on these types of events? I take it QLS makes a lot of event type income from these types of events, and the other top FL bots are trying to do their own events to get a piece of that pie?

BangingOn · 06/01/2019 19:53

Uber was speaking at the QLS event, wasn’t she?

I absolutely hate how they regurgitate the same old stories.
Prior to FL they were unhappy and in debt on the tread mill blah blah blah
I find it mind knowing that they are still pushing these stories to people that must have heard it 100's of times before
And it I see another stock photo of the C9 all stacked up ..........

Paddy1234 · 06/01/2019 22:58

#mind blowing

Hunbot · 07/01/2019 00:30

Dear God. I was reading a post on one of the Facebook anti mlm groups that young living wanted 270 dollars for a frying pan so I thought I would check out the prices. Nearly £11 for a pack of 72 baby wipes, £26 for a bottle of baby shampoo. Does anyone ever buy this stuff? Give me a pack of 80p wipes from lidl and some tesco baby shampoo.

dickiedavisthunderthighs · 07/01/2019 09:13

I've seen a few bots suggest that there were 700 people at the event. What a load of cobblers. I've just looked up the room they had and the maximum capacity 'banqueting style' aka round tables is 280.

Whiterangey · 07/01/2019 09:29

700 is kind of like 280, it's almost exactly the same.

I wonder how the numbers differ from previous years, I would love Bloodsuckers downline to be getting smaller but she also has a huge downline in Africa so a lot of her business doesn't come from the UK.

Does that still count towards chairman's bonus?
