Hello, My name is Dominique, I am a keen reader and I just find this idea of a book club fabulous. I was too late for joining the last thread s I guess the best is to start a new one. I am a mother of 2 (3 years and a great reader of 12) My house is full of books (in french and english.....

Haha it will be 34 when I get on my laptop, it's a right pita changing names on my iPhone.

I had a fab day thanks, in fact just said to dh offically one if the best, had s lovely day ( including a cup if tea in bed) and a lovely meal last night followed by a bottle if champagne, dd stayed at my parents last might ( first time ever) and then they came round at lunchtime for a BBQ. Hope your mum had a good day. My nan did.

I'll take a look at the agenda when I get into the laptop ( am currently in the garden with a glass of wine watching dh paint the shed) for some reason I can't seem to get the group page on my phone. I'm struggling for the next book, but am buying a new one tomorrow so as long as people don't mind a hardback I should have a brand new nook to send on.

Please remember generally my typos are due to my iPhone and gave nothing to do with wine

Of course you can, not sure how much would be left by the time you got off the ferry, although I would try to save some.

Just had a cornetto, so feeling better now. Wine next. Ferries are a pain and take ages. You will defo have finished by the time i even move off my sofa!!

I'm feeling all lovely and simply knackered. Love that feeling after a busy hot day when you sit with your feet up and dont move again until bedtime.

Giro on TV, then Californian tour cycling, glass of wine, what more can a girl want.
Oh yes, DH is down field with a football with DS, out of my way and alls quiet. DDs watching TV with boyfriends.

Shall I suggest we generally have chat on FB, with some "get togethers", but keep mainly to MN. What about the book reviews? I find it a bit of a pain searching for each one, so I think the reviews may be easier on this discussion board.

Is that going to be confusing?

I think best over here, just because I'm trying out my new new name and FB just got too slow.

I think the FB group is the best place for the reviews.

It's not too hard to remember to check both places one in a while and I'm sure there will be prompting!

I prefer not to know - it is about the most exciting post I get!

I quite liked not knowing what was being sent but I was desperate to read the last one I've got and I did spend ages working out when I was going to get it.

Yes I vote for secret.

I think that if they are kept secret it stops me prejudging, so have given some a go that I would have just not wanted to, and actually quite liked them.
