Just checking in on the new thread

I realised yesterday that I have 7 books sitting on the bedside table, all part-read. I'm really looking forward to reading your choices and reading to a deadline!!

EdwardBitMe - have you name changed? I'm confused???? Don't have you on my list of 12 and I'm in the middle of sorting out emailing addresses.

Waves at Wheelybug and Simpson - not sure what I'll to with the July and Aug book, summer hols, but come Sept we'll have a bit more peace to do our reading

I got a bit bored with CQ and it was too close to CvQ for comfort, so I gave in to my Twilight/Cullen/Robet Pattinson fantasy!

No need to apologise, I was just a tad lost!
Never read Twilight etc so clueless on that front.

Teenage trash fiction, but so romantic. Made me feel like I was 17 again!

Im here too! I'm a bit slow off the mark! Sorry have only just realised we've moved!!!
I'm sooo looking forward to reading my first book.
I am off to France tomorrow until Sunday evening - I intend to have read my current read by then !I will check back in then and hopefully then send off my book!

I send you all an email over the weekend and on 1st July you each send your book to the person below you on the list, who's details will be in said email. Then find time to read book and if you feel like it comments can be made on each book in its own thread which I will set up shortly and put links in here our main chat thread.

I'm sat in the garden trying to read mine (again) too. It's got a bit too dark now so I've grabbed the laptop and am amazed to say I've EMAILED YOU ALL with the info of whom to send your book to!!!

Btw I included the name of the book/author by initials just in case I'd got in a muddle and have matched the wrong name and book together! Kinda thing I'd manage to do.

Anyways my glass is empty so I'm off inside to get some more vino and try to read some more of my book, rather then waste spend the rest of this eve on here!

i'm still sat on sun lounger in garden in pitch black so not getting far with reading either. know what you mean about too tired once DC's in bed, esp. if like here I've fallen out with DH about how DD2 9mths settles or more to the point doesn't!
