I had my 7th mcs about 9 weeks ago (i think, i didnt write any dates down, have little memory of about 2 weeks during the time, due to the drugs i was pumped with)
In short, i dont know when it occurred.

Ive sought councelling because i have never talked about my mcs ever, to any one.(well, only to you lot Smile)
Additionally, i am coming up 42, and thught that that was IT the end, no more, even went and got the pill.

Patiently waiting for my period so that i could start taking the damned thing.
No af as yet.
Feeling much better in myself, councelling really really helping, im on a healthy eating mission (thanks to myfitnesspal) doing really well.

Accepting everything, although the grief has been overwhelming at times Sad.

So af still not here, so bought a cheepy test, thought that all pregnancy hrmones will now be gone...this far after mc....almost immediately a pink line came up.

We dtd only a couple of times..it normally took me up to 22 months to concieve so this has floored me...completely and totally. Do not know what the jeff i should do?????????
All calming words of wisdom very much appreciated....i know i know, theres no fool like an old fool.. Sad

GrinGrinGrin are you going to find out if my prediction of a girl is right then?

nananaps · 03/09/2012 19:08

BIG event today...i bought me some of them there maternity jeans!
First pregnancy/baby related thing i have bought.

Quickly skirted past the baby grows and stuff...just a step too far yet.

Also made an appointment to see my midwife....blimey o' Riley how hard is it to get 10 minutes with a midwife??? Its near impossible!

Had to go through 2 receptionists who kept telling me to ring another reception.

Saw one at 11 weeks, at nearly 19 weeks i havent seen one since. There are a load of abbreviations on my notes that i just want to ask her about, also i feel that i need my BP and babies HB checking every now and again.

I wasnt booked in until 28 weeks...that would have been 16 weeks between seeing any one.

When you are classed as high risk..and with my history, i would have thought i would be watched a wee bit more carefully.....or is that just me being a bit of an over anxious freak?

AND no. going to wait to see what it is until it arrives!!
LOVING being pregnant, properly pregnant!

TheOneWithTheHair · 03/09/2012 19:08

I think I predicted a girl. If not I'm predicting a girl now. Grin

TheOneWithTheHair · 03/09/2012 19:10

Can't believe I just x-posts with you. Yay for maternity jeans! Grin

nananaps · 03/09/2012 19:23

ahhh hairy one! So are you any good at predictions? Have you predicted accurately in the past??

5madthings · 03/09/2012 19:35

YAY for everything being a ok and Grin for maternity jeans, how are ds and dh, bet they are thrilled, its all so real now!

i saw a midwife more than that just for a regular pregnancy so yes you should see one more often, when you got booked in they 'should' have given you a list of all your basic appointments i think mine said 8wks booking, 12 wks scan, 16wks midwife, 20wks scan, then 24, 28 wks, then 30 wks and then at some point it was every two weeks and then once a week right at th end? anyway chat to your midwife i think they will be perfectly understanding that you want a bit of an extra eye kept on you and also sorry but given your age they may want to do that anyway.

with regards to sex predictions how do you feel, still sick? what is your bump like? althought tbh its all daft and we all ahve a 50/50 chance of getting it right! ime tho four boys and one girl, my bump was the same with all 5 but with the boys i felt sick a bit (not loads but permanently nauseaous iykwim) up until 12-16wks and then i felt well, with dd i felt sick, really sick the whole 9mths pretty much, but other than that there wasnt any difference at all.

soo excited for you!! Grin

TheOneWithTheHair · 03/09/2012 19:52

Only for rl friends nananaps. My success rate isn't bad.

First time I've tried it on here so I'll let you know. Grin
