I had my 7th mcs about 9 weeks ago (i think, i didnt write any dates down, have little memory of about 2 weeks during the time, due to the drugs i was pumped with)
In short, i dont know when it occurred.

Ive sought councelling because i have never talked about my mcs ever, to any one.(well, only to you lot Smile)
Additionally, i am coming up 42, and thught that that was IT the end, no more, even went and got the pill.

Patiently waiting for my period so that i could start taking the damned thing.
No af as yet.
Feeling much better in myself, councelling really really helping, im on a healthy eating mission (thanks to myfitnesspal) doing really well.

Accepting everything, although the grief has been overwhelming at times Sad.

So af still not here, so bought a cheepy test, thought that all pregnancy hrmones will now be gone...this far after mc....almost immediately a pink line came up.

We dtd only a couple of times..it normally took me up to 22 months to concieve so this has floored me...completely and totally. Do not know what the jeff i should do?????????
All calming words of wisdom very much appreciated....i know i know, theres no fool like an old fool.. Sad

Oh brilliant! I have been refreshing this thread like mad all morning!

So happy for you. I think the full screen is for things that are vanishingly rare so I think that means you can fully accept that this is happening now Grin

Did you/will you find out the gender? Obviously we have a right to know Grin

Wagon wheels and crunchies all round.

nosleepwithworry · 21/08/2012 12:02

drjohn, we have decided that this whole thing has been an amazing surprise so we want it to continue to be till the end.

We want to wait and find out when he or she is put into my arms.

Obviously you do all have the right to know immediately that event has taken place Smile

oh and thanks for the heads up on the 2nd results and what they are, i feel so relieved today, feel that there really is nothing in our way now.

Another long-time lurker here, I've been following this thread from the beginning and I'm SOOOO happy for you!
It also took me a long time to get pregnant with DD2, also had amnio and it's just great to hear everything went well.
Your DS must be thrilled to bits at the prospect of becoming a big brother! Seeing my DDs (6 yrs between them) hug each other before they start fighting and yelling at each other again still brings a tear to my eye four and a half years on.

Keep posting updates, wishing you a very happy, relaxed rest of your pregnancy!

WheresMyCow · 21/08/2012 16:05

Oh that is such fantastic news nosleep my face looks just like this => Grin

So happy for you all Grin

5madthings · 21/08/2012 16:19

omg yay yay yay! have been school uniform shopping....this was the furst thing i have come online to check! Grin

thrilled for you and its brought a big grin to my face which i needed after spending the best part of £500! on five pairs of shoes for the madthings and school uniform for the four boys!

i am sure the other results are for very odd rare things so will be fine. i agree keeping the gender a suprise is fab! love this thread!

LadyInPink · 21/08/2012 17:36
