What's your experience of the patches ? Do they remain stuck on when showering ? Go advices twice a week ?

They seem to differ depending on brand.
I have Evorel & no issues.

I use evorel too & they always stay stuck 😊

I also use Evorel with no issue.

I’ve just started on evorel & they stick fine.
It’s a bugger to get the adhesive off though.

Where it tells you to, thigh muscle.

Baby oil to remove the sticky stuff.

Lower tummy for me, and ditto baby oil for the sticky stuff

I'm having a nightmare with Evorel patches at the moment, I can't get one to stay on for more than 24 hours.

I became allergic to the glue on the patches and had to change to gel. I much prefer it tbh

The gel I was told by GP you take tablets too? Gel goes on the legs?

Don't put any body lotion or anything on your leg, patch straight on after shower

I stick to my upper outer bum cheek. That’s where GP told me to.

I have no problem with the patches. I've never had one fall off.

Estradot good. My first box a disaster of demestrial would come off next day!

My gp is prescribing everol too seems the go to brand

I don't think you're meant to put them on the arm @novofem . I'm sure the leaflet says you shouldn't put the patches above your waist line.
I've used Evorel and Estrodot. Estradot have the advantage of being smaller.

I use Evorel and stick them on my bum cheek, have had no problems with them sticking.
As for the glue residue, I just wait til the day after I’ve removed the patch and then scratch it off in the shower.
Alternate bum cheeks though.

In the summer I went on a beach holiday and was worried about the patch coming off with being in water such a lot, but I used to change my bikini bottoms when getting out of the water to a dry pair and then if I went back in the water put back on the wet ones, and the patches were fine
