What's your experience of the patches ? Do they remain stuck on when showering ? Go advices twice a week ?

If HRT is only prescription is only meds it's about £20 a year

I have Evorel which are usually very sticky but I did have a box where they didn't stick well at all. Seems to have been a one off.

I think if you have more than 3 HRT prescriptions per year, it’s worth having one. If you have additional chronic meds, the general one would be better. I get 3 mths supply of patches at a time so I think it will just about be worth my while if I time it properly.

Everol here and also on my bottom alternating each time. I was told by hospital they should go approximately level with where your ovaries are/were.
