Hi everyone

I am 27 with a 20 month old son - I live in Barnstaple, North Devon.

This is the first time I've been to this site & it would be great to hear from anyone who lives near me...

Anyone got any good plans for the weekend as it's supposed to be sunny (we hope)... thinking of camping - dp is an outdoor'sy type so I've gotta give it a go one day... anyone know any toodler friendly sites in Devon/ Cornwall??

bonniej - I always liked taking the steam train from Paignton to Dartmouth (a beautiful trip all along the river Dart then across on the river ferry) then chopping on a gorgeous ice cream near the Dartmouth harbour... ah the memories... (by the way Paignton is right next to Brixham). Enjoy your holiday!

Rockydog · 24/05/2005 19:16

hi swissmiss! bump is a way to keep the thread active and up at the top of the list so that people see it and will keep adding to it ... or that's how I have always interpreted it anyway!

swissmiss78 · 25/05/2005 12:06

there are several Devon threads, I think people got confused about which to post on.
