Eeeeeeeee, we're quiet on here arn't we? My ds1 is off to Colomendy on Monday for five days, you should see the list of things he's got to take (and an even bigger list of stuff he's not allowed to take!). We're off to a National Trust somewhere today (even though Everton are live on the t.v..... I had to put my foot down!). Hope everyone has a lovely weekend! .

Jaamy · 21/03/2009 11:14

Have a nice day, browny out in the fresh air. Think we are doing the National Trust thing tomorrow. DH was supposed to be working so hadn't arranged anything for Mothers Day. Is now having a bit of a panic because his client has postponed (again) at last minute and everywhere is booked up for lunch. Quite funny to watch him faff!!!

HAve e lovely Mother's Day everyone!

Just in case anyone didn't know this afternoon 1-3pm they have a spring day at the wildlife centre in Courthey park. Children can make teir own Mother's day cards and stuff using wildflowers. We aren't going as we're busy but someone may fancy it.

hi ladies
sounds good all these national trust things the courthey park thing sounds good too typical though all week the sun has been cracking the flags and today its as dull as dishwater
also what i thought was the reason for my tiredness is definitely not the reason as AF arrived on thursday so im up to cycle 19 now but hey ho!! at least i dont have to feel guilty for all of those cheeky vimtos plus im off out tonight and i plan on getting nice and drunk
hope everyone is ok
xx ei xx

Jaamy · 21/03/2009 11:49

Have fun Ei - think you deserve it. Hope your first week in the new job went ok.

Thanks Led for the Court Hey park tip. Might manage it if I can get this work done!

hope you are ok
xx ei xx

browny · 23/03/2009 10:23

Ei, sorry AF got you this month, but glad that your first week went well.

MD - how are you today, are you still feeling rough?

Isn't it a horrible day!?? My ds1 has gone off to Colomendy today in this awful weather, I'm going to wave him off at 1.30 pm. I'll really miss him, he's put some photos of us all in his case.

Jaamy · 23/03/2009 11:33

Ahhhh, browny - bless DS1 with his photos. How sweet is that! Yes, yucky weather.

Hope everyone had a lovely day yesterday. I was very well spoiled. Difficult not to expect the same waiting on hand and foot today!

Ei - work sounds good and a bit of a distraction. Who knows, perhaps a BFP will sneak up on you while you're being distracted by new job!

Jaamy, dd1 had drawn a picture of us all (including the dog, the cat, the hamster and the fish) for him to take with him, dd2 helped him find pens and books to take too, it was lovely to see them being so nice to him for a change!

Oh, it was awful waving him off today, it was difficult not to get upset, some of the mums said they couldn't wait for some peace!.

colie · 23/03/2009 19:24

Hope you all had a lovely mothers day. Kids made me toast and tea in bed and then ate every bit of toast .

Jaamy-how does it feel to be so spoiled

browny-how long is he away for? I only cheer at the peace and quiet when I am getting rid of them all at the same time. One going solo is no good to me . You would think I had 8 kids and not just 3.

I am sure I will be panicking when mine go away for the first time by themselves.

Ei-Really hope your bfp arrives soon.

browny · 23/03/2009 23:13

Colie, ds1 is away until Friday afternoon, he's only ever slept over for one night in my cousin's house in Runcorn and then he couldn't wait to come home! It's been very strange in our house tonight, ds2 is missing is his brother already, he usually plays on the Wii with him after school. I keep looking at the clocking and wondering what he's doing. I'll be moaning about missing dd2 when she goes off to Llangollen in May too!

andirobo · 25/03/2009 22:04

Hi - hope you all had a great Mothers Day and were spoiled rotten! DH was working so it was just me and the kiddies - but we had a good day and blagged tea at my mums!

Had a mini name change, just for the sheer hell of it!

Jaamy · 26/03/2009 09:44

Ooooh, Andi - I knew there was something different about you! Looking good!

Been to the Safari park today - we had a great time, but spend a small fortune! DS absolutely loved it - he was screaming in delight with the animals - especially the lions! bless!!!

browny · 06/04/2009 23:21

andirobo, we wanted to go to the safari park last weekend but was shocked at how much the day out would cost us . Glad you had a lovely time .

Thanks Jammy for the musical minis info.

Well my dd1 finished last Friday for her Easter holidays, but the primary school doesn't finish until Wednesday, I wish these schools could co-ordinate their term times!

Jaamy · 07/04/2009 22:46

Anyone fancy joining us for some chocolate at Liverpool One tomorrow? Thanks Browny for the tip off!

OP posts:
browny · 07/04/2009 22:59

Jammy, my lot don't finish school until 1.30 pm, I want to go before all the free samples dry up though, what time were you thinking of going? .

Jaamy · 08/04/2009 09:41

Of course Browny, I forgot. We're heading in about midday (that'll be about 1-ish then!) If we don't go today will be forgotten about.
