I might not make it either - it seems like the plasterer is going to be coming tomorrow to plaster the new rooms in the garage conversion, dh is ripping out our fitted wardrobes and making good the damage, and the sky engineer's coming too, so I should probably stay here to make all the cups of tea that will be needed.

So sorry mugggwump - my DD has just caught her first ever cold, I've been up with her most of the night and slept in(she is struggling to feed with stuffed nose). Don't think it would be possible to make it on time now

Clearly I am utterly shite (not a surprise to anyone who has met me) totally forgot about this - having been arsing around on MN today trying to avoid a shocking essay and hence found this. I am really sorry - actually haven't scrolled to see if it happened or not - just noticed PB and Upwind calling off so perhaps not. PB are you on the brew now? Were you at the match today? T went, is currently on train in drunken stupor. Unlike me, at laptop in drunken stupor!!

I wouldn't have been able to make it as I work saturdays. If you do a future meet-up on a sunday, then i'll try and go (if it's not an F1 weekend!). I could do a Braehead meet as well, although I would be scared driving on the M8 as I don't do motorways!
