Can any of you help here? Someone is looking for a pet kitten for her dad who lives in Leeds but she lives in London so needs a bit of help to get one from up here so she doesn't scare one half to death driving it up from London

How are you all? I'm fine thanks Robin, hope Hiccy is having/had her baby

I'm back at work today after having all last week off sick. I really wish i didn't have to go back til after christmas cos its gonna be so bloody busy

wotulookinat · 08/12/2008 12:37

Hey Knickers! Like the new name I tried to think of a festive one but drew a blank. Ah well.

NewKnickersFromSantaOnMaHead · 08/12/2008 15:21

Wotuhohohoinat?

wotulookinat · 08/12/2008 15:36

That's brilliant, knickers! I shall change it now...

wotuhohohoinat · 08/12/2008 15:37

Ta-da!

NewKnickersFromSantaOnMaHead · 08/12/2008 16:01

Yay! Great! Im laid on sofa in my jimmies with a cuppa. Always so stressful going out with both kids now
hows your day been?

wotuhohohoinat · 08/12/2008 16:07

I'm going to go and have a cuppa now too. Dennis is exhausted after the childminder took him to a playgroup and then I took him to stay and play so he is fast asleep bless him - and didn't even ask for a dummy

NewKnickersFromSantaOnMaHead · 08/12/2008 16:46

Thats great! Told you he would be fine without it. I didnt go to Doncaster but planning on going to the astread (sp) or big top there after xmas if anyone fancies it?
I got a 6ft white xmas tree for £12odd from argos today. Wanted a smaller one but they didnt have any.
Ds has really been potassing (sp) the last couple of days and both kids are full of cold and me too.
I hate this bloody time of year!

wotuhohohoinat · 08/12/2008 17:13

What's potassing? I can't think what you mean!

NewKnickersFromSantaOnMaHead · 08/12/2008 17:36

Where they throw up all the feed (I think thats what it is called)

wotuhohohoinat · 08/12/2008 20:42

Oh I know what you mean - possetting! I was thinking it was a strange northern word

NewKnickersFromSantaOnMaHead · 08/12/2008 20:48

Sorry. I'm crap at spelling

wotuhohohoinat · 08/12/2008 22:18

Doesn't matter
Is he sicking up everything?

NewKnickersFromSantaOnMaHead · 08/12/2008 23:15

He seems fine now. Even had to turn our mattress over last night. Yak!

wotuhohohoinat · 09/12/2008 10:05

Oh dear. Yucky. You should get a double mattress protector to save your mattress or it'll get all stinky!
Plus then it doesn't matter if you get really drunk and wee the bed

NewKnickersFromSantaOnMaHead · 09/12/2008 10:14

Ewwwwwwwwwwww

hiccymapops · 09/12/2008 17:49

Hello

Temporarily back online We've had no internet since Wednesday! Thought it was a BT line problem, but the router's broken (Mark's dodgy diy in the front room

Don't know how long this'll last!

Hope everyone's okay.

This baby looks like staying put for now We went to Xplore yesterday, and no matter how many times i went down that bloomin slide, nothing happened! Having a sweep tomorrow (sounds lovely )

Incidentally, Knickers do you remember that horrible little boy that was at Cheeky monkeys that time, that you wanted to hit when he made Bens face bleed? He was there yesterday (luckily i recognised his mum, because he's had all his curls cut off) and i saw him make 3 little ones cry!!!!! Apparently when we saw him, he wasn't having a bad day, he's like that all the time! He tried to kick Ben in the face when he was going upstairs behind him, but i was right behind him and grabbed him (Mark was concerned i was going to get done for assault ) I should've taken his picture and put warning posters up.

Right, i'll stop wittering now Hope you're all okay xxx

wotuhohohoinat · 09/12/2008 19:35

Gosh, Hiccy, I was really expecting some baby news from you. I had a sweep with DS - it was a bit uncomfortable (the doctor had big fingers ) but did the job and got things moving. Keep us informed if you can.

NewKnickersFromSantaOnMaHead · 10/12/2008 09:41

I think you should take a pic of him next time

Morning everyone

wotuhohohoinat · 10/12/2008 12:18

Knickers, I presume you mean for Hiccy to take a picture of the evil child and not for me to take a picture of the doctor who does sweeps!!!
Thinking of you, Hiccy. Hope the sweep gets things moving.
We went to playgroup this morning and Santa came and gave everyone a prezzie. it was fab! And there was lots of foos so the kids had a good feed, and there was scrummy chocolate cake that one of the mums had made - yummy!

NewKnickersFromSantaOnMaHead · 10/12/2008 18:09

Sounds like it was a nice morning Wot.

We are off to London in the morning to visit Santa!!!!!

wotuhohohoinat · 10/12/2008 18:30

That's so exciting! Should be fantastic. If you get a chance, go down Regent Street or Oxford Street on the top of a double decker - your DD will love the lights close up.
What time do you have to leave?

NewKnickersFromSantaOnMaHead · 10/12/2008 18:37

Leaving around 7am (ish) and will call somewhere for brekkie on the way
