I was planning on coming to LF this afternoon but we ended up going to Xplore instead, really wish we hadn't gone there. We had the scariest ever few minutes, we couldn't find Lewis anywhere. Dh was running round shouting him and he wasn't answering i was a crying wreck looking everywhere. He was sat up the climbing thing chilling out, he says he couldn't get down so just stayed there looking out of the dome window thing. He was fine and not scared but i never ever want to go through anything like that ever again, allsorts of things were running through my head

Hope everyone's ok

Josh once went missing in Next I was panicing and we found him between the clothes under a rail playing with the size thingyies - could've killed him

Knickers0nMaHead · 12/03/2009 21:00

Bloody hell phoenix, bet you was terrified!

Phoenix · 12/03/2009 21:03

I was absolutely terrified. It felt like hours that we couldn't find him. He was soon back to getting on my nerves though lol. We won't be going back there in a hurry i can tell you, we'll stick to LF's

Ooops missed your post friendly . They don't have a care in the world do they, no idea what they put us through when they're hiding in clothes rails or sitting chilling out on a climbing thing.

Hello

Friendly - lovely to see you today, did you get all the new toys put together? Thank you so much for the slide, ds has been on it all afternoon in the lovely sunshine while me and dh did some pot planting in the garden

Hope everyone's ok

wotulookinat · 18/03/2009 19:09

Ooooh, what have you been planting, Phoenix? I've got the planting bug too!
There's a Spring Fayre at a church near me on Saturday and there is usually a man there selling lots of plants for next to nothing - can't wait!
I'm trying to grow my own potaotoes this year. It's the first time I've tried it. I planted them this week.
I've also planted some yellow poppy seeds that someone gave me - fingers crossed that they grow too!

Phoenix · 18/03/2009 19:31

Some flowery things lol. I don't know, we just bought 2 huge plant pots at Asda and i went to B&Q and bought 6 plants for £5 . I'm gonna plant some daffodils in the autumn cos ds loves all the yellow flowers about.

We've been saying for years we'll start growing some fruit/veg but we haven't got a garden so it's not easy

Last time we had some pots in the garden they got nicked so we'll see how these ones do Our back garden is communal so we don't really go out there we just use the paved front bit. That's where we've got ds' slide and trampoline and we've chained them to the fence cos they'll end up walking otherwise.

wotulookinat · 18/03/2009 19:45

I don't know the name of many flowers either lol.
We have some daffodils in our front garden that were planted years ago apparently - and they cheer me up in the spring. When we moved in I got Jon to plant some crocuses (croci???!!!) that autumn, so we have those among the daffodils too - it's really nice.
We had communal garden where we lived before. Once, Jon trod in dog poo on the way to the bins and so left his trainers on the doorstep - and someone pinched them! Covered in poo too!
