yeah I'm probably being overly-sensitive. Having a really rough time at the moment and not in a good place really. Just trying to hold everything together for Dennis.

Phoenix · 07/03/2009 19:06

wotulookinat · 07/03/2009 19:28

That's a nice offer, thank you, but Jon has taken Monday off work so that we can try and sort stuff out.
We went to look at a house today (not to buy, just cheaper rent) and Jon said no because it only had single glazing.

trace2 · 07/03/2009 19:32

sorry you carnt make monday ill try an other day but carnt say when yet is that ok?

how about comming over to barnsley to rent its cheaper

Phoenix · 07/03/2009 19:32

Was that the only thing wrong with it? Men eh??!!!

I'm sure you'll get sorted out ((hugs))

OP posts:
Phoenix · 07/03/2009 19:34

Oh yes never thought of that Barnsley is loads cheaper than Wakey and it's only 15-20mins out of Wakefield.

OP posts:
wotulookinat · 07/03/2009 19:36

Barnsley would be fine for me. Jon's not sure about the travel to work from there though.

Phoenix · 07/03/2009 19:42

Where does he work? Have you got another car or just the one that went? Me and dh both work in Wakey you just get used to setting off that bit earlier to get to work.

OP posts:
trace2 · 07/03/2009 19:42

well royston just outside of waki but still barnsley

Phoenix · 07/03/2009 19:44

How much rent you wanting to pay? I'll look around for you. If you don't want to put it on here send me a facebook message/email.

Morning

Hi all. I'm not sure we can move out of Wakefield itself because of waiting for a WDH house - not sure though. DH works in the 02 building by the White Rose Centre. We have still got my old Polo (which I bloody fought to keep when I was declared bankrupt the other year - lost my lovely little flat though), but Jon starts work at 7am so public transport isn't really an option for him.
As for rent, realistically, £450 would be an absolute maximum.
Mushu, where does your bro in law have houses?
Ideally, we need a private let and not a letting agency as we don't pass their checks.
