And welcome to all scousers, and those who live in and near this great city.

the old thread, was too long and tbh had become too acrimonious.

Hiya Biglips,

I went to Chester Zoo once on the train (while 8 months pregnant!), I had to get the train from Central Station to Bache Station (the nearest station to Chester Zoo). There is a bus stop outside the station, that goes directly to Chester Zoo.

I'd ring the train station helpline to ask if the shuttle bus is running on a Sunday, just to make sure as it is a very, very, very looooong walk!!

biglips · 22/04/2005 11:04

thanks browny - ill give them a bell as im not staying in and my car must've of heard me about us going on Sunday

BROWNY · 22/04/2005 11:06

Don't mention it - hope the sun is shining for you on Sunday!!

p.s. Get well soon car!!!

biglips · 22/04/2005 11:13

well checked on metcheck.com and they gives you the correct weather so its gonna be fine with abit of cloud cover....

BROWNY · 22/04/2005 11:16

Thanks for the weather forcast - we might go Southport with a picnic for the day!! Anything to get the kids out of the house to stop the endless squabbling!!

fastasleep · 27/04/2005 11:22

Hi sorry my email didn't work Browny...that's weird! Well I'm sort of back anyway so it doesn't matter lol... got a stonking chest infection and I'm finding breathing hard at the moment so not getting out at all! Also Theo's little cousin is very sick in Alder Hey, so keep sitting by the phone waiting for updates!

Hope you're all ok

biglips · 05/05/2005 21:08

fastasleep · 09/05/2005 08:45

I would buy them online - I've got no idea!...It is dead around here, I disappeared for a bit and when I came back no one was here!

BROWNY · 09/05/2005 17:57

Hello you two, I'm here but haven't posted anything as there's been no-one to post to!!.

Hope Theo's little cousin is well now and out of hospital and Biglips, have you tried Rapid Wallpaper shop, they've usually got a nice selection, other than that it's just John Lewis in town.

fastasleep · 10/05/2005 08:12

Sorry I haven't been around had a mini break! Got a massive migraine yesterday which hasn't worn off hmph hope to see you soon Browny!

BROWNY · 11/05/2005 12:37
