There's a pub called the Sun in Outwood which has a great kids bit (it's a Fuzzy Ed's) and has an outdoor part if the weather is nice.

No we've just ticked over, only had one really busy day, this holidays they don't get too packed as people go to Pugneys/Cannon Hall/Diggerland sort of places, other school holidays we get packed.

Hi all.
Well the two doggies in my house are getting on well - they have even started playing
I wanted to go to CM this morning but DS got up too early and he is having his nap now. Oh well.
DS kept climbing out of his cot, so we have got him a toddler bed (thank you, Freecycle!) and Jon will be building it this afternoon. No doubt we'll have a few disturbed nights of him getting out of bed. I can't believe he is such a big boy now.

for dogs getting on Wot. Hope the bed goes well. Ds went into his fine, i put pillows on the floor just in case. He's been in it since April and at 4am this morning i heard a thud above me followed by some sobs and yep you guessed it he'd fallen out of bed . That was the 2nd time he's fallen out of it, the 1st time was on about the 3rd night of been in a bed. Ds has just gone down for a nap too.

Good idea about the pillows - I might put his cot mattress on the floor next to him, just in case. Or maybe not - he might try to sleep on it!
We'll see.
Phoenix, is it a toddler bed that you've got? We've got one of the ones from Ikea with three bits to the matress so you can extend it. I'm wondering if the cot sheets will fit it, but I'm not sure. We were given a set of sheets with it, but I'm not sure if we'll need to buy more or not.

It's a cotbed Wot so i just use the sheets that we used when it was a cot so don't know sorry. Measure the mattress and look on mothercare for sheet sizes maybe. We think we're gonna get ds this bed for christmas, well i was til he fell out this morning

That's lovely bed! My friend has a simliar thing for her daughter and she loves it. What a fab way to hide all the toys away.

Yep that's why i want one like that and it's going to be a christmas pressie so he doesn't get a whole stack of crap new toys to add to the thousand he already has

yes rain today i think am not amazing just .
a mum like you i wont to do some thing today weekends we dont have app so i like to make best of it, but my house needs cleaning, sorting, i have loads of rubbish to sort out

Sod it, do something nice! The mess will still be there when you get back. Make the most of appointment-free time

Why not just go for a walk around town or something. That's what we are up to later. Or feel free to come and do some cleaning here
