Hope you both are having a good time at LF. We went there again on Sunday and it was fab - it was busy but DS loed running around after the bigger kids.
What miserable weather today, eh? I'm off to town in a bit and I have remembered that I don't have a coat. I shall put on several layers instead I must stop being so fussy about a new coat. Now where is my Marisota catalogue...

Hello everyone

Hope you're having a good time at Leapfrogs Phoenix and Trace

Been to Little Monsters this morning, i'm shattered! There's a baby ballet class there on a Tuesday morning, but the lady that worked there said it's just like a little music and dance class. Has anyone tried it? I'm thinking of giving it a go with monsterchops, he loves dancing about.

Does anyone fancy Cheeky monkeys on Friday morning? I'm going to brave it again. Knickers it would be lovely if you could come, then i can give you your DDs birthday pressie (nearly a month later )

I've just signed Ben up for baby ballet It's just the first 3 sessions, so we'll see how it goes. I'm hoping it's more dancing about. I've found a couple of music and dance things to look at now, i'm on a mission I don't fancy actual ballet but there was a nice lady i've met before going in, so at least there'll be a friendly face when Ben causes chaos

I looked at Socatots a while ago Wot, but my friend took her little boy who's older than Ben, and she wasn't keen on it. She said it wasn't as much fun as she thought it would be, it was all 'kick the yellow ball with your left foot' sort of thing. I've read similar things on Netmums too. So i'm not sure on that one.

I've put ds' name down for Gym Joeys at Thornes Athletic Track. It's a toddler group to start with where they introduce the LO's to gym equipment then at age 4 it's a gymnastics class . There's a waithing list though.

I looked at SoccaTots the other day but i think its expensive

I won't commit to CM on Friday cos i've got a lot to do before our holiday but i'll be there if i can

I'm glad I asked youguys before I booked then. I was a bit about signing up for a whole term before I knew anything about it.
I'm not sure how Jon would feel about ballet for DS. Let me know what it's like.
Phoenix that Gym Joeys sounds good - is that expensive.

It's £4.25 a session i think but no membership fee. It tells you a tiny bit here. I did have a leaflet but i can't find it.

Good to meet Pheonix and Trace, hope they slept in the car for you.

Dont think Ballet is about Ballet - more balance and coordination.

Dont know about Scocatots - will wait and see what the ladys like, she is just hiring the bottom end from us.

LF's does music and dance on a Thursday pm - no need to book, just turn up and its 50p extra to admission. Its run by a dance teacher.

Wot - He's on the waiting list now. I put his name on a few weeks ago and forgot to ask how long he might be waiting . I looked on NetMums the other day though and noticed a few other places that do gym joey classes in Wakey.

Yes Pizza they both went to sleep. I dropped Trace off at home and Lew was still asleep so when he woke up and Chloe wasn't at the side of him in the car seat he was so upset, bottom lip and tears saying 'Chloe, Chloe'

Aw my poor DS was sent home from the childminder sick today. SHe called me at 1.45, and I was just parking to see my counseller at 2pm. Arrrggghh! I couldn't cancel the appointment because then I would have lost the others, so I had to ring Jon at work to go and get him.
Anyway, when I got home, DS was perfectly happy, eating crisps and watching Brum with his daddy. at childminder.

Hiccy - 2 sessions - one 1.45 till 2.15 (beginners) then 2.15 till 3 free pop as normal and biccies for kids.

Appointment went well, thanks Pizza. It kind of what I expected today - I had geared myself up to talk about one thing but he made me see it from another angle and we ended up talking about something else. Cunning people, those counsellers!

Hiccy if you are prepared to make a twonk of yourself, then maybe I'll come too. DS might like it. Ha ha I bet he wanders off and I end up enjoying it on my own!!

Hiya everyone

Thanks for the info on the times Friendly I was going to try and come today, but monkeynut has been up since daft o'clock again so there goes my plan for him to have a little nap on the way there, i'll have to put him to bed straight after his dinner.

Has anyone had a very strange email from netmums? It's from a message i posted yonks ago on the meet a mum board, and i've had a very strange reply. Just wondered/hoped someone else had.
