Anyone up for a drinky-poos in BIRMINGHAM?

I've just seen the Brighton piss-up thread and thought - oooo, that'd be nice.

Anyone else fancy meeting up in Birmingham for a meal/drink/whatever one evening?

I'll happily organise, so now we need dates. We could go for August/September time or earlier.

Any takers?

September is good for me

i can do early september or even late july if that's not too early.

September is great for me. I'll have a scout around for some venues, although off the top of my head I'd say Jimmy Spices - choice of foods and set price/head. Then there's plenty of bars to chose from.

Here is the website. £15/head for as much indian/chinese/italian/thai you can eat - all lovely quality.

when i went to jimmy spices it seemed to be mainly indian food though.

Great Italian in Moseley & you can bring your own booze! Great for easy, friendly night out. Easy to find from town if coming on train/bus too, or by car from elsewhere....

We ate at 80 Dishes (where Ipanema used to be) last week, it's really nice and most people will find something to eat there.
