Now that we've more or less survived the festive season how about reviving our meet-ups for 2005?

I'm a bit busy next week and the week after with dr. appointments and school interviews for dd, but then my diary is pretty bleak and empty.

So who would like to do what and when

This week is bad for me anyway painting the hallway .. for my sins.

Maybe we can meet up soon.

I've got something on on 16th but otherwise free next week

We are free 14th.15th after 12pm?

How about Monday 14th? What do you want to do/where do you want to meet?

Depends on weather, do you have transport? and somewhere child freindly?

Well if the weather is nice we could go to Kew Gardens. I've got guest passes so would not have to pay horrendous entry fee and there's lots of space for the kids to run themselves ragged

hello slink and mrsbigd, how have you both been?

Hi yingers, I always seem to pick up the latest bug going around and never seem to be able to shake it, but I'm persevering anyhow... not that I've got much choice really dd and ds are a full time occupation! So I'm up to hopefully almost everything next week. Don't know how dd would go in the art cafe though saying that she had face painting at nursery today so now I have to keep painting her face at home and I'm rubbish at it . I might do better on pottery!

Mrs b don't worry i love face painting we do it alot,today i painted dd's face like the red nose, nose and yesterday we painted one her white t-shirts and put loads of red noses on it and faces she loved it, and thats how she went to school today.

Yingers how are you?? what have you been up to? are you able to meet up with us on Monday?

I am good and waiting nervously for this pregnancy to get past the safe stage. I think not telling anyone in the Real world has make it easier as no one is asking any awkward questions, but time is going very slowly. I have at least made an appointment with my gp next week.

I can't make Monday as have someone coming around in the morning. But hope you guys have a great time. Do we have any plans for a night out for mums only?

And where are the others? Unicorn?

Hi girls can't do monday, but hopefully another day. Mum decided that mothers day was a great day to have a heart attack, we bought her home yesterday, she seems a little better. But I've been driving from Surrey to North London, since Monday, and I'm knackered... Have an GP apt for her on Monday.

Unicorn - share your annoyance about fame academy, tuned in to discover ade had gone and telephone votes not allowed, I didn't even get a chance to vote! Oh well, didn't really mind who won as Dawn, my fave, got voted off ages ago. Kim had a better voice than edith though!

o.k. I should be o.k. for pizza/pasta AND dessert any evening in the next 2 weeks bar 16th and it'll have to be after 19:00 to allow for dh to make it home

Mrs where are we going tomorrow?? had a very mad abusy weekend. My sister is getting married in Feb 06 and it is causing huge probs as it is to a English guy and he is not converting to Islam my dad is going bananas, MIL arhhh is coming back on the 24th and dh is dithering weather we should go away so i have said mmmmmm you i am taking dd.

So if i am not flying out anywhere (as i am going last min deal) count me in for the 22nd.

The wedding p;ans sound like trouble... if it's any consolation, we've got friends where the groom's parents are orthodox jews, the bride's are practising christians and the best man is of moslem faith... should be interesting and it's probably going to be fish on the menue

can't make those dates, dh has to work late on 22nd attending his school's prom to ensure the kiddies don't get up to no good!!

Any chance we can do something after easter as am off on holiday to the new forest with all my in-laws, lovely! And will probably need a good night out after that!!!!!
