Would Tigerlily or the Living Room be noisy? Just wondered if it was noisy last time cos it was xmas time?

Would we be able to find a non noisy pub??

well i love tigerlily and the living room so ill agree with you agalch

i think its daft going away from the centre of town cos we are all coming from all directions.

all bar one on lothian road you usually get a seat. theres also an all bar one on george st

has anyone been to oloroso on castle st? apparently has nice cocktails

Oloroso is very nice but ££ - even more so than Tigerlily. Which is my all time favourite and I am of course more than happy to meet there...........

Yep ds2 had it in a minor way,dd1 was really ill and dd2 has vommed once so far but hopefully thats it finished.

I haven't been to Tigerlily so i will go anywhere.

Oh yuk agalch. DS had a diarrhoea explosion on Wednesday afternoon and seemed just fine afterwards. But then more than 24 hours later, he had another one. Touch wood, there's not been any more... Seems like there is something going around. But it always seems like there is something going round!

Hope your ds is ok MB. Took us best part of a week to totally get rid (boak)

The ds's had to stay off school Thursday and Friday as they are both ill too. Ds1 has a throat infection and ds2 has a chest infection so both on ab's again!

So only a week to go and the diets screwed so i reckon you have won Gomez. Have we decided where we are going yet?

I am off out to dd's nursery fundraiser tonight. Lucky me eh?

In a rough kinda pub,it's a disco etc with lots of raffle tickets on sale. My lovely best friend is coming so will be a good night cos she is there iykwim?

Can't wait to meet up again!!

Come on, we need a decision as to where we are going. I only really know old student hang outs like the Grassmarket, I used to spend a lot of time in The Last Drop and Bar Kohl. I'm staying with Np so she's the boss of me next Saturday .
Where am I going to park is my next worry.

DS was fine agalch, just two squirty nappies. His "chickenpox" turned out to be a skin infection which is now almost clear since getting antibiotic cream from the doc.

Still not sure where to go. I would be choosing some spit and sawdust pub so don't leave it up to me.

MB my minded wee one had measles too and i am pretty sure dd2 caught them.

Mindee little boy threw up at the dinner table on Wednesday (all over the dd's dinner plates) and was off Thursday,dad said he was sick Thursday night and wanted to bring him back on Friday. I of course said bugger off lol.

Other mindee is off tomorrow as she has been sick all weekend. Mum wanted me to have her tomorrow too. FFS what is it with folk? My policy document does say they can't return for 24 hours (think it's changed to 48 hours now) after the last bout of sickness and they all agree and sign it,then moan when i won't take their dc's when they are puking!!

Anyhoo see yous all on saturday

not sure agalch. jeans and a top that i found at the back of the wardrobe the other week I think. I need to get some "all purpose" black sandals, but we are potty training this week and I'm not sure if I will get out to the shops.

Actually, I would rather potty train than go shoe shopping tbh.
