Pinkjenny, just had a nosey at your profile.. your little girl is adorable .

MyDingaling · 26/03/2008 20:29

Hello pimkjenny.
I am in Halewood.
I have one DD who is 2.10 and another DC on the way, due in July

Pinkjenny · 27/03/2008 10:04

Thanks browny - she certainly is!

I've just got the one little monkey at the moment but am hoping for another in the next couple of years.

I'm currently working part time in Warrington, so Monday is my only day off (well, apart from Sat and Sun, where I trawl round bloody Primark with my mother...). Would love to meet up.

Is this where you all chat?

Nemoandthefishes · 27/03/2008 10:07

Sorry we had to toddle off and couldn't join you in the cafe we had to pack to get on our way to Ambleside. Got back at xxx hour last night - sooo late that i have no idea what time it was. Only left there after 9:30pm Today is defo a 'veg out' day as long as small folk don't batter each other. ATM they are too engrossed in books so mummy making the most of a few minutes P&Q.
MD - R [my ds2] still going on about M. He is besotted. knows a pretty lady when he sees one, esp one who likes running around with him!!

EiWishFor3MoreWishes · 27/03/2008 13:04

hi ladies sounds like you all had a great time last week sorry i couldnt join you all. i will definitely come to the next one regardless of what else is on lol
so we have decided to pull out of our house sale/purchase we had our hand forced actually by the mortgage company but we have made our peace with the decision and are goin to redecorate to make the house more like what we were aiming for (apart from size obv)
i hope you are all ok
xx ei xx

browny · 27/03/2008 14:37

Ei, sorry you've had to pull out of your house purchase, sorry you've lost so much money in the process too , hope you'll enjoy the redecorating, I used to love it when I had the time.

Pinkjenny, yes, this is where we all chat .

Gigglewitch, very jealous of your trip to Ambleside, we love it there, hope you enjoy your vegging out day... I've been doing that a lot lately, I just haven't got the energy to do much and the m.s. kicked in this morning with a vengence, the kiddies are being really good and arn't winding each other up as much as they usually do!

Jammy - hope you're feeling o.k. .x

JaamyBunny · 27/03/2008 21:28

Hello Everyone!

Welcome Pinkjenny! Hope you get to make it to one of our meets. I have DDs - 4yo and 2.5yo and TTC #3.

Well, I am officially a Freelance PR/Marketing company! Exciting but quite scary and I already have 3 pieces of PR commissioned so it's just a case of locking myself away to do it...think MN's going to suffer. It's something that I really enjoy doing and find it quite easy (at aleast I did when I was employed - might be different when I'm my own boss).

Just back from a couple of days at my Aunt's in South Staffs with the DDs and my mum. Was lovely to relax after first nervous business meeting and had a bit too much vino last night!

Browny - I'm ok thanks. Got AF today, a week early - body doesn't know what's going on, neither do I! How are you? apart from the MS - hope you are taking it easy, probably looking forward to DCs going back to school for some quiet time.

Nemo - sorry didn't get chance to speak to you again on Tues. Hope all ok and DCs aren't going too stir crazy. What time do you want me on Sat?

Ei - sorry about the house falling through...again! I desperately need to get some decorating done here. Can we motivate each other?

Gigglewitch - look forward to meeting you properly at the next meet-up.

Hope everyone else is ok and not too overdosed with chocolate.

TotalChaos · 27/03/2008 21:33

Hello again all, sorry about the CP Jaamy. Good luck with the new company, it must be very exciting having your own business

well after all that fussing with the inhaler, turns out the hozzie got it wrong the first time - DS doesn't have asthma, but has a chest infection (ended up with DS being given oxygen and ambulanced to hozzie on Sunday night, I think and hope the walk-in centre nurse was being a bit overdramatic......)

EiWishFor3MoreWishes · 27/03/2008 21:55

hey jammy i will motivate you if you motivate me i have already got my new colour scheme picked out and everythin its just arranging when to start etc sorry AF has turned up early maybe it is a good thing to get you back on track
TC sorry to hear your DS is not well it is defo the time for illness recently as DD has caught yet another cold i gave it to her i think but she did it to me first
hi to everyone else
xx ei xx

Lulumama · 27/03/2008 21:56

totalchaos, hope DS is feeling better soon, am sorry could not make it to the meet up, was looking forward to meeting you

and everyone else!!

Lulumama · 27/03/2008 21:57

pinkjenny.. i remember you from last yrear, when you were expecting your DD! she must be almost one , how are htings?

JaamyBunny · 27/03/2008 22:22

Oh TC - hope DS is ok. How scary and baughty of med staff to cause uneccessary panic! Thanks for good wishes for new business. It's been a bit surreal but now that things are happpening I will have to get myself organised.

Ei - we had colours picked out about 6 months ago but have gone off them. Then have been unsure about getting the ceiling skimmed (largely due to cost) but need to make a decision as I can't keep looking at these walls!

Lulu - still looking forward to meeting you...sometime...soon...ish...maybe?!

EiWishFor3MoreWishes · 27/03/2008 22:32

ooooh jaamy i love the deciding part of decorating we have got chocolate brown and claret red with cream at the mo and i am super bored with it now!! i have decided on keepin the choc brown but switching to lime green accents and white quite modern etc i have already picked my curtains!!( i know im sad)
i forgot to add congrats on the new buisness venture good luck with it!! sounds like you will be a rather successful entrepeneur
xx ei xx

JaamyBunny · 27/03/2008 23:10

Ei - LOL one of my friends has just redecorated her living room with chocolate, red and cream. Will have to tell her it's soooo passe! Would love strong colours in here but the room is so dark, hence wanting ceiling skimmed to reflect light a bit.

JaamyBunny · 27/03/2008 23:16

OK, Easter been and gone...time for a new thread...

here

Pinkjenny · 28/03/2008 08:53

Hi Lulu

Yes, I remember you as the wonderful person who coached me through my c-section worries! Alexa is fabulous thanks, turns 1 on 17th May - can't believe we've all made it!
