thought I'd start a new thread for those of us meeting up at Dynamic Earth at 12pm on Thursday 21st February - as the last heading was rather "vague" to say the very least

god i am rather scared about how little i cam remember from friday night

dh was up when i got in (what time was that?) and i have no idea of anything that happened after we left ryans

mind you i hadnt eaten since lunchtime so maybe thats why i was so steamin'

oh prune im so glad you came out

i had promised dd1 i would take her to her art club on saturday - so therefore i was sat on a bus at 9am trying not to faint...god it was hard work. i then had 2 hrs til i had to collect her again so i just sat in j lewis cafe with a big fat greasy bacon roll, a humungous pot of tea, a litre of oj, a copy of HEAT giant sunglasses

I stuck my hands under the drier and started shouting about it being a disgrace you had to pay £1 for 90 seconds of drying time.

You then pointed out the straightners

And you picked them up and started to straighten your hair(prancing around and saying shit like oooh look at me etc)
And then a girl said v frostily excuse me i have put a £1 in there lolololol

So you said ooooohhh there you go then luv!!

I was wetting myself!!

Pruners - I remember blethering on at you (not with you ) about my labours with the DS's - don't remember anything much after that.

Had to laugh at NP's text she sent me apologising that she'd got so drunk - I'm sure she wasn't as drunk as me LOL.

Naily - you kept telling me I shouldn't come home but that I should stay in Edinburgh.

You were all lovely though - especially Mawbroon whose car I fell asleep in on the way home - and who then took me up to the flat (how on earth did I remember where it was/which floor etc!!!)

Ok it might not sound that funny now but it was the funniest thing at the time.

You NP,we went to the loo together and the straightner thing happened.

I remember you both practically PYSL about the straighteners - then Pruner's and I went to the loo together and had a laugh about them too

Honestly we could hardly stand up when the snooty girl demanded her straightners.
