Hellooo! Glad we're back on the chickens again.

Sorry I've not been around much - yes, it is winter and I am still vomiting...but not too badly - about once every 24 hours, which is very very weird . And before anyone asks, no I'm not.....

Let's all just be grateful I'm ill now and not in 2 weeks time! But I have packed DS off to the CM today so I can spend the day on the sofa or in bed in peace so I can go back to work tomorrow, who are also probably wondering about my weird sickness regime

I'm being forced to draw fireman sam's fire engine. I have the artistic abilities of a newborn baby. It's not going well. I think it's time to put DS to bed and read him a Squash & a Squeeze for the gazillionth time.

It's not been so bad today, he was at the CM's. The weekend was pretty bad though - I think that's probably why today was spent in bed. But it's back to work tomorrow, unless the pasty puts in a re-appearance between now and 6am!

Hi Zeb . Fingers crossed on the pasty front .
I know Berrie. I've not booked my train yet, or thought about what I want to do/where I want to go. Or measured my bag to check if it counts as hand baggage (and if I can fit my handbag in it aswell). I want to take as little as poss - need to check check out time at hotel.
Ideally I'll check in asap on Wed after I arrive; dump bag and go off w/ you and Binkle for afternooon (are we still on for that?). Then on Thurs try and see something before I need to check out and make my way back again.

Was checking check in/out times for the hotel (2pm/12pm), and thought I'd look at the two bars there....

£8.50 for a cocktail! £6+ for a whisky/gin/vodka.

I had been thinking I'd have to watch it that I didn't have too much to drink . At those bloody prices I think I have to worry more about dehydration .
