Midlands and surrounding area summer picnic anyone?

Ok for the last 2 years or so we have had an August picnic in Sutton Park. We usually meet at town gate under the big tree in the field where the kids can play football. I was thinking of doing it again in August this year so who's up for it?

Nappyaddict, if I can get the day off work I can drive you if you have a car seat for your little boy. Oh and if we can squeeze 3 into the back of a Focus...

anybody with older children? Mine are 5 and 7 - don't want to be the only one with out of control thuggettes with a lot of preschoolers!

My DD will be 5 by the time of the picnic and Ronniebaby's DS1 will be 7

mine are five and nearly 2 so little one is used to older kids.

Not sure at the moment. ds1 is doing a Tennis course that week, which finishes at 2pm. Will depend on whether I can get someone else to pick him up from it.
