Midlands and surrounding area summer picnic anyone?

Ok for the last 2 years or so we have had an August picnic in Sutton Park. We usually meet at town gate under the big tree in the field where the kids can play football. I was thinking of doing it again in August this year so who's up for it?

I'd be up for this I'm in Tamworth so Sutton is easy, no idea where Cannon park is.

Any dates are likely to be OK atm; DH abandoning me for entire month with his work

I'll come with 2 littlies (2 & 3yo).

You can get to Sutton Park easily. Canon Hill Park is South Birmingham, (Moseley Way)

We don't have anything planned as yet, but DD;s birthday is 1st August.
