it's a bit dusty but not too bad thank you!

got quite trashed, cried on 2 good friends and feel a bit foolish now but it could've been a lot worse!

at least i didn't send any abusive texts to dh or boss.

missing dd like crazy so quick tesco run then heading up there. staying tonight so back down tomorrow morning.

foxie, are your elders there yet?

quokka · 05/05/2007 09:54

do you think she'll fancy a big greasy fry up with black pudding?

quokka · 05/05/2007 09:54

shes awake!

Paddlechick666 · 05/05/2007 10:09

oooh yeah bacon n eggs and toast but keep yer nasty black puddin!

been awake since 7:30am actually - stayed in bed till nearly 9 tho!

right, gotta get going............

Eleusis · 05/05/2007 10:14

mornin' everyone.

Sorry about your head Paddle. But, maybe in the end the drink session and a good cry will turn out to be some good therapy for you.

foxcub · 05/05/2007 10:14

A bit dusty?

from lack of use or from when you were rolling on the floor?

Elders not expected until this eve. I think the "Elders" may be 2 yrs younger than me actually

MrsBigD · 05/05/2007 10:44

just a quick hello, frantic preparing party

So who's coming?

foxcub · 05/05/2007 11:12

Mrs D - DD has been in her part dress since 9am

Sue and I are coming together (oops sounds rude doesn't it LOL)

suejonez · 05/05/2007 11:12

Foxie and I are planning to share a car MrsBD so should be there sometime around 7.30pm at Foxie rate of getting ready

foxcub · 05/05/2007 11:15

Sue - you worded that so much better than I...

Just about to feed DS2 so his feeds are due:

2.15pm, 5.15pm,

will need to tey and arrive there by 2pm (or stop in a layby to feed him )- to avoid yowling hungry newborn in back of car mega stress

suejonez · 05/05/2007 11:15

I can't rmember what staying in bed until 9 is like? 7 is my max.

Met my mum in mothercare cafe this morning, and some strange woman stalked me and bummed a cappucino from me. Nice to see you Steppie! Man, your DD can run!

suejonez · 05/05/2007 11:16

DS has gone for nap so should be up by 12.30 latest then a quick lunch and we'll be ready bu 1pm latest (will aim for 12.30 but depends what time he wakes up)

foxcub · 05/05/2007 11:18

Sue - shall I put my car seat in the car for him (presumably you're walking down here from yours?)

suejonez · 05/05/2007 11:32

might drive over depending on how late we are, but we have an isofix car seat which is a pain in the neck to remove so would be grateful to borrow your car seat

foxcub · 05/05/2007 11:38

will bring it down and get it in the car for DS

quokka · 05/05/2007 12:27

just sent you a text ele

Eleusis · 05/05/2007 13:17

Quok,

I take the text is about the aromatherapy woman?

quokka · 05/05/2007 14:07

yep

stepfordwife · 05/05/2007 17:39

hi everyone..
sue....actually i was there before you. as far as i'm aware stalkers, er, stalk people. so technically you were stalking me.

but ta.muchly for cappuccino
i know! i'll have to regain some token level of fitness to keep up with her

paddle - don't feel too embarrassed about drunken crying. my criteria for it not being that bad is a)i didn't throw up over someone b) i didn't snog someone's dp c)i didn't dance to any celine dion records. presuming none of these faux pas were committed, you can hold your head up high

stepfordwife · 05/05/2007 18:03

sue - thanks for email, tried to reply but bouncing back - but will try to email again over weekend
toodlepip

suejonez · 05/05/2007 18:44

thanks to MrsBD for a lovely afternoon - nice house and good to see that you're settling in so well.

suejonez · 05/05/2007 19:12

foxie (and anyone else interested) there is a small fair on Sunday run by Barnes Home Guard (?) no idea at 76a Richmond Park Road, tombola, bouncy castle, etc

No idea what it will be like but we plan to go if the weather is reasonable.

pudding77 · 05/05/2007 19:39

Hi all, yep even in Yorks there's an internet connection so here I am on MN when I'm supposed to be getting ready to go out! Don't think I'll be here long tho as my dad's pc is soooooo slooooowwwww!

How was MrsB's today? We spend the day in Whitby which was fun if a little chilly!

pudding77 · 05/05/2007 19:44

Well as I don't think anyone will be around now I'm going.

Will try and catch up later!
