Hey just wondered if anyone fancied meeting up any time next week? Haven't seen Mishi alli bron or janine in aaaaaages now! If anyone has any ideas for what to do let me know, I'm up for going to the Tate or museums, library things, new groups...anything but Grandmas ! Hope to see you guys soon

Fastasleep · 15/01/2005 10:55

Mishi we could 'do lunch' in one of those posh cafes you mentioned a while back lol... Laura we have to do something other than window shopping sometime! Especially when it ends up with me buying things! I should hopefully (if nothing goes terribly wrong lol) be at Sticky Fingers next week, and the coffee morning if its on....if anyone's bored or anything just give us a shout would be nice to meet the newbies as well...

BROWNY · 15/01/2005 13:39

Hi Fast,

I'm decided to take little one to the mums and toddler session on Mather Avenue on Monday, do you fancy it? Anyone else want to go - it would be nice to meet you all?

Fastasleep · 15/01/2005 14:32

Sure Browny, I'd love to go! But I'll need the exact time and place, lol at least I know which two buses I need to get (hope it's not too early!) My name's Abi by the way, I'll be in a black jacket, I have dark hair in a ponytail usually and a (tiny) almost 11 month old called Theo, he's blonde

alliwannado · 15/01/2005 18:11

Fastasleep · 16/01/2005 10:28

I think I know the one Mishi it might not be that nice though!! Browny! You have to come and tell me what time before tomorrow! Lol...

BROWNY · 16/01/2005 10:51

Hi Fast,

It's at 1pm (not too early) at All Soul's Church Hall, Mather Avenue/Springwood Avenue.

If you are getting the 86 bus, ask to get off at Heath Road (opposite little shops). There is another church by the bus stop (St. Bernadettes) it's not that one, you can see All Souls just one min. down the road (in the direction the 86 went to garston). God, I think I've confused myself there, Lol!

Hope to see you tomorrow, by the way I'll be wearing a long black coat with fluffy hood, I've got brown curly shoulder length hair, and my little boy is 7 months old.

BROWNY · 16/01/2005 10:53

Sorry Fast,

Forgot to say, my name's Karin.

Fastasleep · 16/01/2005 11:25

Ok Karin! See you tomorrow

biglips · 16/01/2005 11:43

Fastasleep · 16/01/2005 15:25

mishi1977 · 16/01/2005 15:52

hi fast..the coffee morning wasnt a weekly thing just every couple of so...so im not doing it this week maybe next week but will let you know

Fastasleep · 16/01/2005 18:23

There is another playground thingy off Breck road; 'Happy Dayz' that one looks a bit skanky, but we never know till we've tried! We could meet up somewhere nice for coffee or something if you felt like it

biglips · 16/01/2005 19:03

mishi - what is a ball pool? (said by me the slow coach 2day)

Fastasleep · 17/01/2005 09:34

Biglips a ball pool is generally a pool...full of tennis ball sized plastic balls, you throw the toddler in and they wade around happily...

Fastasleep · 17/01/2005 10:41

Ooh Mishi - Laura wanted to ask you if you felt like a trip to kirby one day this week?

Fastasleep · 17/01/2005 12:02

I'm sorry Karin, hope its not too late to read this but I can't go!!!! I feel really sick... I think I'm coming down with something...

biglips · 17/01/2005 13:28

Hi Fast,

Didn't pick up your message, but don't worry. There were loads of little ones there about the same age as my little one - he was amazed by all these little people who looked just like him and he was really good. Going back next week if you feel up to it - hope you feel better soon.

MummytoSteven · 17/01/2005 17:23

Hi all - struggling to keep up with the twists and turns on this thread!

really sorry to hear the bad news about Matthew, Julezboo. Hope that the hospital appointment goes okay.

and sorry if i appeared to be ignoring your posts, legle - my internet access has been very limited since xmas - laptop being repaired by PC World as I managed to spill mushroom soup on the keyboard so i've been struggling to keep on top of this lengthy thread! A night out sounds great - not had one in far too long!
