August Derby meet up

As promised ere is the thread for the August meet up.

I have provisionally booked a party at Bumpis on Thursday 5th August at 11.15am.

This will be a joint party for my DD who will be 2 on August 1st and Ronniebaby's DS who will be 4 on 6th August.

We need at least 8 people and as I will need to pay a deposit soon I will also need to know definite numbers as soon as possible.

Hope to see you then.

Katzguk will not be able to make the meet after all. Her MIL has taken a turn for the worse and they had to go tonight to see her.

I've actually told him about it today. He's really testing me ATM, and I've told him about the party, but that your dd and RB's ds won't want a naughty boy at their party.

Me with DS and DD coming Wilki2000 not coming as is right on her DD's naptime.

Bbensley - You dont have to pay, as DD is 7 months, and I assume not walking, so non walkers go free

I count 8 + my 2 mates, = 10

DS is looking forward to it, especially (sorry all the others, boys you know) seeing WM's DS & Easy's DS. Did say that he hopes WM's DD & Hula's DD would be there too, MB's dd goes without saying.

We are still coming! Had a late night last night and DD didn't get to bed until nearly 10pm! So she is still fast asleep right now. Going to have my breakfast and shower and will wake her up. Will be setting off around 10ish!

Hi all; lovely to meet up again and we had a great time. DD slept most of the way home but has told daddy all about the party on the telephone. She loved playing Oakey Cokey and Musical Chairs apparantly. Oh and she also told DH:

WM's DD and DS are coming on a plane to see Mickey Mouse with us, becase WM's DD would like the princess castle. Gather that is okay with you WM?

Easy's DS is "my friend" and " I like xxx"

MB's DD is "pretty and likes dancing and jumping"

RB's DS gave her a kiss!

She did say tons of other stuff but by then I had stopped listening to her constant chattering!!!

Hey Hula that's fine by me and I think that DD would love the castle actually! Not QUITE so sure about DS!!!!! We went to the park afterwards and DD was VERY disapointed that your DD wasn't there!!!! See you after the hols and good luck with the house!

Hope the two birthday people had a lovely time - we did!

Yes thanks everyone for coming today, I think they all had a good time, I know DS did, kept going on & on about it.

Thanks in advance MB, WM & Easy for the pressies, DS will open them tomorrow.

We had outlaws and MB & DS's 2 mates back so they all played in the garden, and had loads of fun, too, my mate came over tonight so DS didnt got to bed til 9.30pm and he looked like he needed it, straight to sleep, so we are hoping for a lie in tomw

WM had a good hols, see you when you get back.

Hey guys, glad you had a good time. I was going to pop in just me to say hello (especially after failing so miserably at the last meet up) but I was so busy for once I didn't have the time. But hopefully I and the clarettes will make the next one!
