I'm moving to St. Leonards in Exeter, and have a 13 month old baby.
Would love to hear from anyone in the area to find out about baby groups or meeting up for a coffee...

morning all!

how are you all feeling this morning?? me, fresh faced and raring to go..... how about you? did try to come for a drink but couldnt find anywhere to park which just made me more cross so ended up back at home.

this morning i went to do my bank letters and dh had hidden computer in the loft (MY computer i hasten to add)- cue massive full on toddler style tantrum from me (just couldnt hold it on very very weird!) with foot stamping, screaming, crying and fists flying whilst dh tried not to look at me cos he was trying not to laugh whilst being totally freaked out at the same time! apparently i have been spending too much time on mumsnet!!!!!! i can hardly believe it, can you???

anyways, hope you all had a great time, obviously it wasnt quite the same without me, but i hope you struggled on regardless and managed to cobble to gether some semblence of a decent night out in my absense....

Just a brief message to say how great it was to meet you yestarday night, to thank pageturner again for the lift, and check that greensleeves hasn't been victimized (another word I made up, different suggestions are welcomed) by the V-bug.

Greensleeves has indeed been victimised by the V bug and so has Mr Greensleeves! We have both been up most of the night expurgating from every orifice

I did enjoy last night though, it was lovely to see you all (and I do hope I haven't infected anyone).

So glad the meet up went well last night, am so sorry I didn't make it. I'm 6 weeks preg and feeling absolutely exhausted ALL the time so just managed to make it to bed at about 6pm last night Hopefully will make the next one though....

I enjoyed the meet up too but it would have been nice to be at both ends of the table - too many people to talk to properly in one go.

Greensleeves sorry you are all ill. I felt a bit queasy last night, I thought it might have been your dreaded bug but it seems to have gone away again.

franca- for your dd. mine is still 'not right' but not poorly enough to be in bed. boys are being dreadful. just had friend over with her two kids and mine were just awful, rude and generally a bit stupid. they almost always make me feel ashamed. i quite honestly dont like ds1 at the moment. got to go now to deal with him- he is being evil to ds2

Boobs I'm sorry to hear that. and being trapped at home by this weather doesn't help either. I'm feeling pretty miserable myself too, but it's probably due to the lack of sleep. If you need a rant, go ahead, I'll listen !
