I'm moving to St. Leonards in Exeter, and have a 13 month old baby.
Would love to hear from anyone in the area to find out about baby groups or meeting up for a coffee...

all the best,

x

Coco4 · 12/02/2007 13:04

fennel · 12/02/2007 13:08

Coco4 · 12/02/2007 19:38

I have a problem! have just rang station to find out times of trains, and theres no trains from exeter to Totnes as their working on that rail line, they did offer me a coach, but it will take 1 hr! dont fancy that after a nite out. Will c what i can do, i want to live in Exeter now!!

ivelostmyboobsboohoo · 13/02/2007 15:07

hi franca!

{waves wildly and beeps horn}

i am wearing what i call my missy elliott hat today!

franca70 · 13/02/2007 15:10

Hey boobs!
I'm starting to be a bit of your hats collection....
I seriously intend to have a long browse at accesorize.

franca70 · 13/02/2007 17:43

Nooo! I missed the missy elliott hat

fennel · 13/02/2007 18:38

Shall we make Saturday evening a compulsory hat event? then we could recognise each other by the hats.

Last time we met in the bar first on the right as you go into the White hart. Though I suppose it depends which places are already taken.

Actually someone last time was late and missed us all there and didn't manage to catch up with us later in the restaurant - so if you are coming especially if you're coming by yourself, you could contact one of the rest of us who's there and get our mobile numbers to phone if you get lost.

or just say so here and I will CAT my mobile number.

franca70 · 13/02/2007 19:43

I'll dulillifully wear a hat then!

fennel · 13/02/2007 19:49

lol

franca70 · 13/02/2007 20:25

hei fennel, I had fantastic japanese noodles today, in the new place at st george's market

Tanzer · 13/02/2007 20:57

Sorry haven't been on for ages but def looking forward to Saturday - especially as we have the in laws staying so an ideal excuse to escape

Better get searching for that hat !

ivelostmyboobsboohoo · 13/02/2007 21:17

hi ladies,

just a quick 'hello' and night night'. off tobed. dh appears to be feeling amorous so am trying to be asleep before he gets upstairs...

if i come in one of my hats then am i actually likely to be the only one then?
franca, you'd better wear your coat with hood up over your hat so i recognise you!
i am totally stupid sometimes and completely fail to recognise people if they look ever so slightly different eg they have their hair tied up or eg in a different context. didnt rec one of my friends the other day cos she was wearing her work uniform...!!!!!!! god help me, i'm going to be on my own wandering around like a lost sheep looking for you all on saturday arent i?!!!

ivelostmyboobsboohoo · 13/02/2007 21:18

tanzer- poor you, i think id rather cut off my limbs with a rusty saw than have my inlaws stay at my house. lol

franca70 · 13/02/2007 21:22

I'm probably going to be banned from the harlequin centre if I keep walking with my hood up...
boobs, would you feel safer to meet in haldon rd and then go to the pub on saturday???

franca70 · 13/02/2007 21:23

I think I'm the only one on mn who actually likes her inlaws...

ivelostmyboobsboohoo · 14/02/2007 08:24

ok franca, that'd be good. shall imeet you there at about 7.15? sort of on the corner where i normally park?
you were prob only joking... oh well, whether you were or not i reckon its a good plan!

franca70 · 14/02/2007 08:28

Boobs, I wasn't joking .
Haven't slept much, I couldn't fall asleep, then dd woke up at 1 with a bit of a temperature, gave her calpol, then couldn't fall asleep again... this morning I feel rubbish.

fennel · 14/02/2007 09:15

I have a collection of hats, some a bit old now, but some from Accessorize. Will consider which one to wear on Saturday.

am doing another up-and-down St David's hill day today. I could come back at 3.20 past the schools if I thought there would be a mumsnet meeting going on on the corner

would be wearing seriously untrendy and very old bike helmet though. hardly inspiring headwear.
