KoshkaAndJake · 10/01/2007 13:27

whats cool cats?

tribpot · 10/01/2007 14:09

Cool Cats - they don't seem to have a website. A new play area for kids near Crown Point.

auntymandy · 10/01/2007 16:02

food is supposed to be good too, so we could maybe stay for lunch?

MrsWednesday · 10/01/2007 16:21

If it's not too late, can I come along too?

I have two DSs, 4 and 1, and Trib can confirm that I'm not a hairy-handed trucker

auntymandy · 10/01/2007 16:26

That's me! With the two boys who scare the life out of her DS.

Excellent, thanks. See you all on the 23rd.

auntymandy · 10/01/2007 18:24

maybe we could share lifts

tribpot · 10/01/2007 19:11

Now MrsW your lovely boys do not scare the life out of ds, your ds1 once made my ds cry by shouting loudly. Auntymandy's ds4 [counts up on fingers to make sure 4 is right number] has now trained him up so he is no longer fazed by such things

emma24 · 10/01/2007 19:44

Hi does anyone know if there is a bus that goes there?
Thanks

gingermonkey · 10/01/2007 20:28

Hello, can I come? Ds is 15mths, have a dd who's 7 too so she may be there (it's half term) but she's quite good at fetching and carrying! Haven't had a meet up before (quite new), how does it work?

gingermonkey · 10/01/2007 20:39

Emma24,Stand 11, Bus No. 87 from leeds bus station, takes 5 mins. Just had a look on www.yorkshiretravel.net for you.

Have been to Cool Cats a couple of times, the food is excellent and the kids love the wacky as its very big.

Both mine are at school now and so I use my time for shopping housework when I am not at work so hope you all have a great time

gingermonkey · 10/01/2007 20:48

I'm in wakey but dd has diff hols to most (to be awkward!). Don't think she'll come tho, she usually likes to go to work with daddy on a friday when she's off. Keep driving past cool cats thinking, ooh, that's new so I want in on this meet up! (Otherwise I have to go on my own and that's a bit sad!)

gingermonkey · 11/01/2007 09:17

Have I killed this thread? Bump!

tribpot · 11/01/2007 09:44

Cannot believe I have been so daft - I suggested the date without realising it was the same day I will be in Edinburgh visiting friends.

Arrrrggghhhh.

How would anyone feel about a possible re-run of Cool Cats on 30 March?

auntymandy · 11/01/2007 09:45

Mrs W just worked out I cant fit you all in,although someone we both know may not be able to make it after all!!

auntymandy · 11/01/2007 09:47
