morning all!

great night, thanks for making me laugh so much i snorted!

dd slept till 4am then went off again really easily till nearly 7am, thank goodness.

have to admit to needing some paracetemol this morning but apart from that am feeling pretty good.

need more sleep tho!

ps: i'm sticking with hoxo next time, that sunrise sounded beautiful!

uwila · 14/12/2006 08:59

Paddle, check you e-mail.

harktheheraldfoxessing · 14/12/2006 09:09

Oxo - PoodMSL at your description of night out and also at the vision of you standing buying PG test with new boss behind you!!!

When I was TTC I had to sureptitiously (sp) sneak to the chemist to buy my ovulation predictor sticks, with a quick glance behind to check no work colleagues in shop

Oooh I'm so [ I missed you all last night. How many were there in the end?

Shall we plan the next one, so I've got something to look forward too?????

Paddlechick666 · 14/12/2006 09:14

Uwila, replied and

foxie, you were missed. qokka's french doggie kept us well entertained and you'll have to ask Nanou about the dildo in john lewis!

apparently we offended the other table and one bloke walked in, looked distinctly frightened, and walked out again!

Uwila is campaigning for a London overnighter in Feb I think. I'm too much of a softie to want to leave dd over night yet tho!

how are you feeling today?

;-)

harktheheraldfoxessing · 14/12/2006 09:17

oooh no I couldn't possibly do an overnighter !

Think I might rebel and organise a rival local bash

was feeling mucho crappo yesterday - shivers, sore throat, freezing feet etc. Slightly better today, thanks to my sensible early night... how about you, party girl?

2quokkasandapeartree · 14/12/2006 09:21

ok my head hurts

Paddlechick666 · 14/12/2006 09:22

i'm actualy feeling pretty good considering 2 nights out and a filthy cold this week!

i could do with about a year's sleep tho!

i just remembered the confirmation and confession stories too!

no wonder i was snorting!

glad you're feeling better, good job you were a good girl!

uwila · 14/12/2006 09:41

I think I was the only proddy at the table (with no confession stories).

Paddle, you are not coming to the overnight party night in London? We could always organise it and those who want to go back home can and those who want to be child free to nurse hangovers the next day can stay at a hotell / B and B.

snowfallatxmasmum · 14/12/2006 09:53

good morning all

well it seems like it was a riot last night glad you all had a good time.

this morning dd seems to be on hunger strike and also seems determined to hurt herself or maybe she is just testing the bike helmet she insists on wearing since she woke up

oops that was dd wailing because she got her fingers stuck in the video

Paddlechick666 · 14/12/2006 09:54

i'm a lapsed c of e methodist type so no stories from me either!

i'd do a trip up to west end for the evening for sure, just would prefer to get home..........

harktheheraldfoxessing · 14/12/2006 10:22

Shame I missed the confirmation and confession stories !!

uwila · 14/12/2006 10:43

"OK?!" at the end of her sentence. thought of your ds! hey foxie we missed you and mrsbigd and 2cute and the missing gang. will we ever manage to get everybody together??!! have a good day all. foxie - re meeting up during the Xmas break many of us are up for it. i mentioned you and i were probably going to meet at your place but if we are too many shall we go for kew gardens? shall i do a separate thread?

Nanou1 · 14/12/2006 11:04

lemonaid - hope you get better soon . re your Xmas name ; just the idea of mixing port and lemonaid is horrible when one suffers a hangover. yuk yuk yuk !!!

2quokkasandapeartree · 14/12/2006 11:26

My kids are running riot, they are definately in charge today. I have decided its a telly day, its the only thing thats keeping them quiet! They don't understand how much my head hurts

2Cute · 14/12/2006 11:40

Sounds like you guys had a great night....really (sad) I missed seeing you all. Would love some details on these stories though...

I've got two toddler boys in the house today and I'm hanging on to my sanity by a thread! Anyone fancy coming round to take over so I can have a nap???? No? Hey, friends are supposed to be there in times of need. (Is my guilt trip working?)

Hoxo, if that's the kind of stuff you have in mind for our meet-ups then you have GOT to organise the next one, I'll be there regardless of what stands in my way

Paddlechick666 · 14/12/2006 11:41

Paddlechick666 · 14/12/2006 12:09

2quokkasandapeartree · 14/12/2006 12:17

I must admit I got 6hrs and I woke up in the same position that I went to sleep in, so it was a pretty deep sleep
