OK, at the moment I can't oranise the proverbial in a brewery, but at least I can get the ball rolling.

dh says he knows where it is and it is where I thought. So he's dropping me off and I'll probably have to get the train back unless ds2 is still awake. ds1 is sleeping at his grandad's.

Sorry, I can't make it this time Have managed to negotiate a half day pass out, so I'm going to Kendal to look for a dress. (Wish me luck). But Salford would have made it a long day, and pretty late before I got all the way back here.

I desperately want to meet you all, and will honestly try and come to a meet-up soon.

I found my wedding outfit, so I'm happy and relieved but sorry to have failed to meet all you guys yet again

The Mark Addy is a great pub, we sat by a huge window overlooking the river and saw a water rat!!! (Very sweet, not repulsive). Gumdrop had to leave quite early unfortunately, still it was lovely to meet you!

Minor cabaret was provided early on by a stag party and we all had a lovely natter. You-know-who was mentioned but didn't appear to be lurking (unless disguised as water rat...)

(And of course it was delightful to meet moniker, Rhubarb and Flip again, that goes without saying which is why I went without saying it but then thought oops! )
