As the last thread was getting long and ot much arranged?

Any ideas or dates?

What about everyone puts down dates they can't do between now and end of June to get us started?

I can't do weekend of May 8/9th.

Let's just recap:

plans at present - Graves Park - tomorrow - park entrance to the petting farm, right next to the car park 10.30am

Please note I have got all my tribe with me this weekend (their half brother has got hand foot and mouth disease - very infectious so they're chez moi). Don't worry, dd and ds are free of infection but I didn't want them to catch anything before summer hols.

I'll ring Pennypocket now and confirm with her for pick up.

With me having my two with me, I don't have to go to Rochdale later so we can stay longer (or if there are any last minute alterations, we can fit in .

Picking PP up at 9.45am then calling en route at a shop - long story - so we may be a bit late.

Anyway,I know some of you now so I can do a bit of MN spotting if you've moved on .

Hulababy · 16/07/2004 13:03

We may be a little late too, sorry. Not far for us and hope to set off very soon - have to get food from downstairs yet. see you soon

Hulababy · 16/07/2004 23:36

Your dh did a fantastic job Hula!!! My ds (of same name) thinks he's wonderful. My dp is 'chillin' in front of the bike racing - he's shattered but he had a good time (especially being the boys' entertainment team with your dh! ) - he was wary of coming along with me earlier on in the week so I'm glad he felt welcome.

And a mega mega thanx to everyone for being so nice to dd and me! Wedgiesmum - you are a star! If you're still thinking about teaching, and ever consider SN, you'd be perfect in the job!

I thoroughly enjoyed it and so did everyone else who came in our car.

BTW, dd has got our all her Dalmation books tonight - patting that pup made her day.

Hulababy · 17/07/2004 20:26

That's great dottee

I know what you mean about the wary Dh thing. My Dh was too - all you wierd 3 eyed monsters from the net!!!! But he really enjoyed it.

We all had a great time too - and DS was VERY impressed with learning cricket (or tennis as he insists it was.....). At least your DH's came, mine is just completely uselss in large groups of people he doesn't know so you are one up on me there! I was desperate to chill out when we got home but DS and DD insisted we all go up to the park for more football - a whole hour and a half of it. Did anyone feed them some pro plus????

Dottee I loved your DD, she can come and read me A Bugs Life anytime ( especially the 'up, down, up, down' bit - DD has been trying to get me to do that again today ).

so when are we all getting together again???

dottee · 18/07/2004 12:33

Good morning!

Have we all recovered yet?

Does anyone fancy a trip to Sundown (or any other suggestions) in the school holidays?

Hulababy · 18/07/2004 14:09

Normally I would be up for Sundown but I have already arranged to go this coming Monday with a friend and her DS. But welcome to meet up with anyone who is there that day

Anymore suggestions for late July/(nearly all) August? I'm working out our budget and diary as I type i.e. naff all money and lots of free (as in nothing planned yet) days.

Hulababy · 18/07/2004 14:35

Anyone fancy the farm maybe? Brockholes in Doncaster is good, or maybe one of the others your way out?

Or just some big park somewhere?
