As the last thread was getting long and ot much arranged?

Any ideas or dates?

What about everyone puts down dates they can't do between now and end of June to get us started?

I can't do weekend of May 8/9th.

10:30
Sunday 11 July
Graves Park
Sheffield

is this right??

Hulababy · 03/07/2004 17:08

Fine by me. Where to meet?

I would recommend by the park entrance to the petting farm, right next to the car park.

Time and date fine by me - I'm OK for anywhere for meeting up as I don't know the park so will have to look it up whether we meet. Does that make sense? - I'm having yet another 'blonde' day!

Hulababy · 03/07/2004 18:35

LOL dottee. The animal park is right next to car park so a ggod place I think. If we make it at the park side, near the grass we won't get in too many people's way either.

maisystar · 03/07/2004 19:04

we will come if i can fit in the back of hula's car

Gingerbear · 10/07/2004 15:51

bump,
just to remind folk

katzguk · 10/07/2004 16:06

looking foward to this, hope weather is good

Hulababy · 10/07/2004 20:36

I am really sorry but I think I have to pull out of this meet

My BIL and SIL have just got back from over a year away in Oz this week. It wasn't really a planned think and the decision has only been in past 6 weeks or so. They are moving to London and we have to help them move in - ower them the favour! And they are moving THIS weekend most likely. So looks like we will be driving to London and back this weekend.

I will know for definite by tomorrow I ould think.

Sorry though. I will really miss not being there Can we do it again another time please?!

OP posts:
Hulababy · 11/07/2004 20:30

Looks like there is a change to the plan and we may well be able to make it afterall. BIL can't move until Sunday now by the sounds of it and it is too far for us to take DD there and back in the one day, so looks like they'll have to do without us. So should be able to come afterall

How old are all all your brood? Sounds really lovely having a sunday in graves park. Can anyone come? Do you all know each other? Might send DH in to have a look at you all first before I dare enter...!

Hulababy · 11/07/2004 23:19

Of course you are welcome. I have met one or two of the people coming, but not all of them at all. The more the merrier!

OP posts:
Hulababy · 11/07/2004 23:19

Oh and my DD is 2y 3m.

Good to see this thread live again. I was coming looking forward to it. I've just sent a very reassuring e-mail to PP in order to reassure her none of the meet were hairy long distance lorry drivers!

Glad you can come after all Hula. DP is getting cold feet but I'll just give him a swift kick up the derriere on Sunday morning!

katzguk · 12/07/2004 12:19

just looked on the bbc weather forcast - sunny!! well sun with a cloud behind but not rain!!!

looking foward to this as is DP

think i might even drag my old picnic hamper out of the roof to bring!!

Gingerbear · 12/07/2004 12:28

Well I will still be coming with DD (2 yrs -sonnysmum), but DH has something else arranged for the afternoon so has cried off. I bet you think I am a really a single mum and have an imaginary DH!

katzguk · 12/07/2004 12:32

should add for sonnysmum that my DD is 21 months

katzguk · 14/07/2004 12:03

do we have a wet weather plan?

dottee · 14/07/2004 17:46

Still coming - change of people coming with me.

Dd will now be with me - and others.

Will update!

(Haven't a clue what to suggest for wet weather plan. I learned today that NCT are doing something in Botanical Gardens on Sunday (?) but that's outdoors too.)

dottee · 14/07/2004 17:50

Yes, this .

katzguk · 14/07/2004 18:01

bbc weather forcast has improved to hopefully will be okay

Hulababy · 15/07/2004 15:35

Weather not so good right now - very showery. Is a picnic going to be viable if the ground is wet? Any plans?

katzguk · 15/07/2004 20:01
