Well, I have 2 dresses, dunno which one I'll wear yet. I think people sort of dress like they are for a cocktail party???? Well it said on the invite "formal/cocktail dress for ladies.

Ours is a fundraiser too, for the local hurling club. £50 each for the ticket!! So hopefully it will be a good night!

Ah I doubt very much if I will be dancing!! I can't do it!!!!!

Neither can dh, he kinda bobs from one foot to the other!

There will be an auction at this one too, a chance to bid for some stuff, a day for 2 at a spa & a day in a rally car are 2 I think, or maybe they are raffle prizes.. I wouldn't mind the spa day!!

Happy St Patrick's day! Hope the head's better soon. My best hangover cure recommendation (except sleep, what's that?? lol) is 2 nurofen, a bottle of lucozade and a packet of salt and vinegar crisps - not particularly healthy but seems to get the painrelief, fluid and salt/sugar balance spot on

I'm blaming st patrick for my hangover.we were in ten square (bar red...whatever you call it) and they had a live band playing 'irish' music and the atmosphere was really good.
unfortunately ds is having his morning sleep and dh has gone into town (obviously to get me something for mother's day...but thinks he's being cunning bless him!) so can't go to shop to get your hangover recommendations...will have to make do with another cup of tea and some chocolate x

Been so cold the past couple of days, i'm having to force myself out of the house.

I was out all weekend. I kept my DD home from Pre-school and we are going to stay in out jammies all day. Its to cold and wet to go out

Had good weekend. Out friday night and sat/sun involved visiting my mum&dad,lunch with mil, food, wine and tv. Just a shame it's so bloody cold. x
