incase anyone is still reading this post....me, Dp and DD had a great day yesterday at the formby squirrel reserve as ive never been before and took loads of photos of them on mobile phone, we were feeding them with their foods and also our grapes as we had a pinic but DD who never seen the squirrels before was shouting "MIRRELS" "MIRRELS" before they all vanished in thin air...i was trying my best to say "ssshhhhhhh" !!

Thought I'd better bump this thread up a bit, before it gets lost!

What's everyone up to? I took the girls swimming yesterday, ds1 and ds2 didn't want to get in, so I took them to the swings. The kids don't even want to leave the house but I need to get out and they all moan at me because they want to watch Thats So Raven! Aghhhh!!

Nemo1977 · 09/08/2006 21:08

hi all
not been up to much here..have changed around bedrooms for ds and dd again as dcided dd can share with baby as they will both be teething at same time etc..plus she sleeps through me hoovering her room etc so she wont be bothered by baby. Have ordered ds a midi sleeper from argos so he is very excited about a bed with ladders..lol Cant believe he is nearly 3 feel like crying as it means dd is nearly 1 and the next one will then nearly be here Am 17 wks now and it is flying past...arghhhh

Off to chester zoo tommorow as ds has earned it on his reward chart..am looking forward to it as pil are coming and dh has booked this week off work as we were having some problems so nice to spend family time.

jaamy · 10/08/2006 15:19

Hi all!
Not much going on here, except for the neverending decorating/reorganising in the aftermath of the decorating. Went to the park this morning. DD2 just beginning to enjoy swings and DD1's dolly got thrown down the slide once or twice.
Will be going to the Squirrels in Formby tomorrow if anyone's interested.
Joec - is it the big day tomorrow? Have a fabulously wonderful day!
HOpe everyone is ok - have a great time at Chester zoo, Nemo.

hi stoppinattwo, fancy you taking the plunge and organising a party! Sad thing is though we have planned to go camping in Kirkby Lonsdale, on the Friday and Saturday nights, trust me to miss a party and I would have loved to come and meet you.

stoppinattwo · 12/08/2006 20:53

AWWWW browny what u like, donnt worry there will be plenty more, we always have a good bash at halloween, any xcuse for a party

BROWNY · 12/08/2006 20:56

I know. We always go to Kirkby Lonsdale the first weekend in September, it's a kind of tradition, they have a Victorian Fair, where the whole village is transported back to years ago, complete with all the stallholders and locals dressed in costume, it's really lovely and we look forward to it each year.

biglips · 12/08/2006 20:58

Nemo1977 · 12/08/2006 21:01

oh sounds good..even dh just said great [thats if I let him come]..although wont be able to get boozed up..lol
stopinattwo where are you in liverpool? How old are your kids etc..I actually dont know anything about you apart from you are very kind

stoppinattwo · 12/08/2006 21:05

We live in Huyton, my two are 7 and 4, next doors are 7 and 3.

Would love to meet you all, our house is an open house, so to speak.

Just like a good excuse to get together and have good chat etc. tell DH he is more than welcome. my DP is a bit of a miserable git and not too social so he'll probably dissapear off to the pub etc but the more the merrier. As long as the DC's have a good time and we all can have a good chat then no worries

Nemo1977 · 12/08/2006 21:09

ohh where in huyton..I am just off pilch lane by the shops

stoppinattwo · 12/08/2006 21:12

How close is that, I live right by huyton village, Seel Road. Dont think your not having a drink now, It will only cost you about £2 in a taxi !!!

Nemo1977 · 12/08/2006 21:16

stoppinattwo · 12/08/2006 21:20

there are a couple of nurseries by me, one in Seel road school and one on St Marys road and one on Huyton church road, Mine went to the last one, its fab

Nemo1977 · 12/08/2006 21:27

Ds is starting a playgroup in old swan as his friend is going but did consider couple of the nurseries around here.

stoppinattwo · 12/08/2006 21:34

Nemo1977 · 12/08/2006 21:40

Nemo1977 · 12/08/2006 21:53
