ahhh thats better - a nice new fresh thread....

incase anyone is still reading this post....me, Dp and DD had a great day yesterday at the formby squirrel reserve as ive never been before and took loads of photos of them on mobile phone, we were feeding them with their foods and also our grapes as we had a pinic but DD who never seen the squirrels before was shouting "MIRRELS" "MIRRELS" before they all vanished in thin air...i was trying my best to say "ssshhhhhhh" !!

Hi CT - just mention your name an as if by magic you appear...amazing!!
Joec - I'm sure you'd hear about it if DD wasn't enjoying herself. Was at a wedding on Sat and it was HOT. Wedding had been previously planned to be in Nov and moved forward so all dresses, morning suits etc were a bit heavy. But then again we'd be complaining if it had have rained.
Browny - Have told DH that if I get pg (he was all for it on Sat night which led to a bit of a session in the hotel room...sorry tmi!) he will have to take 6 months off to look after DDs as I'm very poorly when pg.

BROWNY · 18/07/2006 16:12

JAMMY, pmsl and I thought you were a good girl!. I bet that wiped the smile off his face! It's too hot, the ice-pops arn't freezing quick enough and we're all fighting to sit by the fan! We're off camping tomorrow for a few nights, we haven't been to this particular camp-site before, but it looks fantastic -it even has an indoor pool: www.theplassey.co.uk

BROWNY · 18/07/2006 16:14

yeah CT, he's missing his friends but his sisters are off now and we're off camping, so he's looking forward to that!

curtaintwitcher · 18/07/2006 16:14

take it by the busy ness of the liverpool thread we are all melting when outside...its just too darn hot..I actually nearly cried when I had to get out the car before as the airconditioning is a god send.

joec · 18/07/2006 16:15

hey browny

u online and not on msn?????

BROWNY · 18/07/2006 18:30

Joec - sorry about leaving you in the lurch before, had one child climbing in the kitchen, one trying to run out the door and two more screaming for their swimming costumes! When I came back you'd gone - sorry!

jaamy · 19/07/2006 10:18

LOL Browny - usually I AM a good girl!!
That camping site looks great. Have loads of fun and let me know what it's like when you get back. I love camping and we have all the gear but not been since before DD1 was born and would like to get back into it. Think I mentioned that DD1 was conceived in a tent!! On the other hand, perhaps camping's not such a good idea given DH's current yearning to expand our little brood...
Biglips, are you out there? Are you ok?

curtaintwitcher · 24/07/2006 22:01

hello all
hope everyone is ok..not a lot going on here. Thinking about going to calderstones on friday if anyone is interested...go and feed ducks and let adam run riot for a while...

Nemo1977 · 30/07/2006 20:56

Hello all
how is everyone???'
WE are all ok here. Took kids to gullivers world yesterday which was fab..such a pity it is closing down as Adam loved it. Might try and get in another visit before it goes.

Hope all is well
take care

BROWNY · 31/07/2006 14:00

Hi, camping was brilliant, the weather was scorching so we had to stay in the shade most of the time. Ds2 came down with chickenpox on the day we were coming home, exactly 11 days after ds1 came out in spots (it's just what I expected). Ds2 was quite ill and his poor little bum looked like someone has poured boiling water over it - but he's made a fast recovery and we're off camping again tomorrow to the same place - I just hope it stays dry for us.

Nemo - I didn't know Gullivers World was closing down , when is that supposed to happen?

Biglips - hope you managed to enjoy your night out and you're feeling better now.

Joec - oooooooooooooooooooooh!! Not long to go now, have you got butterflies yet?

airy · 31/07/2006 14:11

Hi everyone
I havn't been on the liverpool thread for ages, had a lot of problems with someone finding me on here and had to change my name. Can you figure out who I am?? Please don't say it though!
I was hoping you could help me Browny, I've been trying to get dd into the school your kids are at, have had a million and one problems, and have now been told that I need to get an application over the holidays
I don't suppose you have any idea when or if anyone will be there do you? particularly the head.

Thanks

jaamy · 31/07/2006 15:12

Welcome back airey!
Browny sorry to hear about DD2's suffering but it would have been a miracle if he hadn't come down with the chickenpox. At least he'll have it over with now. Happy camping..again!
that Gulliver's world is closing down. When's that happening as we've still never made it there! Hope you're keeping well, Nemo?
BL did you have a good night out in the end?

joec · 31/07/2006 23:37

hi browny,
still no butterflies!!!!!
sure i will be a bag of nerves on the day.
are you coming on sat or are you all off camping again????
let me know hun if you can ....

BROWNY · 01/08/2006 12:10

Hi, just a quickie before we go (I know - it's chucking it down ). Joec, don't think I'll be able to make the hen night , we're going camping for two days, then coming home and going again on Friday til Sunday, sure we'll do our thing to catch up though eh? Airy, welcome back - sorry to hear you've had so many problems, you can try the school (get the phone number off Liverpool Direct), I don't want to post the telephone number on here, bit too much info for nosey parker people. I don't think anyone would be there in the school holidays, but there might be a week before the kids are due back on 6th September, fingers crossed for you!

Jammy, ds2 is much better now, although his poor face is covered in scabs . Well better go and fill the car up, keep your fingers crossed for us that it stays semi-dry at least! x

biglips · 01/08/2006 14:05

Browny - camping again.. you may get to the point where youre sick of it!! CARRY ON CAMPING!!

Welcome back Airy as i think i know who u are.. how are you?
