ahhh thats better - a nice new fresh thread....

incase anyone is still reading this post....me, Dp and DD had a great day yesterday at the formby squirrel reserve as ive never been before and took loads of photos of them on mobile phone, we were feeding them with their foods and also our grapes as we had a pinic but DD who never seen the squirrels before was shouting "MIRRELS" "MIRRELS" before they all vanished in thin air...i was trying my best to say "ssshhhhhhh" !!

Ive made more flapjacks today as my friend and her twins came round to mine today...had a bad ingestion, as its my fault for eating to many of it!!

Thank you Jammy. At moment doesn't look like we will have much fun - DD has ear infection and really suffering. antibiotics don't seem to be doing much, may have to take her back to docs before we go tomorrow.Knew she was coming down with something.

Went to see my nan today and have said she wont be here this time tommorow its soo hard.

jaamy - no worries but you know where it is now anyway for next time and yes i bought some BRATZ and Angelinas ballerinas activity books for SD. She loves them.

Tmrw as its Mothers Day..we are taking the kids out for Elises bday and my Mothers day to Brewsters (pub) in Huyton as there is a restaurant and kids soft play area so that should be SORTED!!

gotta go now as off to the GYM....x

Nemo, thinking you of you too , I couldn't find your thread on chat about your 'strange day' .

Jammy, thanks for asking about my dad. He wasn't too good at all yesterday, he'd been sick all night and all day, it's the painkillers and anti-inflamatories that are making him so ill . The thing is if he can't keep the painkillers down, it's impossible for the Physiotherapist to help dad do the exercises to keep his knee moving. He is very stubborn and refusing to let the doctors try different painkillers because he felt to very ill yesterday, he said he'd put up with the pain rather than being so sick. I hope he feels better today so he will try different painkillers.

Hope everyone has a lovely, relaxing Mothers' Day tomorrow .

Hi, Dad is home but struggling to walk, he's in a lot of pain so he's not sleeping and he can't do the physio exercises because he's in too much pain, hopefully the new painkillers I picked up today will work better . I've been with him all day today and made him a huge pan of scouse last night for his tea... he'll get fed up eating it as I made far too much!

not been on as much as we are all sick here!! Dh started his new job today which is great but am now shattered with all being ill!!

My Nan passed away on saturday so just waiting to hear when the funeral is etc.

Browny hope your dad feels a bit perkier soon and am glad he is home.

Nemo - ....it was time for her to go at least you said Bye!. I didnt get the chance to say bye to my lovely aunty who died 3.5 yrs ago. xx

Browny - hope your Dad will find the right tabs for him to stop being sick.. at least hes home now xx

Hope you all had a lovely mothers day and got lots of nice cards and pressies, I had lots of flowers and chocs and a lovely relaxing day everytime i went to do something J said sit down Daddy will do it its mummys day today. Its my birthday on Sunday so hoping for more R+R this weekend.

Leander glad you had a good mothers day, as said all sick here so was a bit of a non event..lol Had to take H to A+E again tonight so another course of steroids and antibiotics to help her fight a chest infection...sigh

Nemo, poor little H... think we spoke too soon when we were at Grandmas' , hope the medication kicks in soon and she's soon well again. Hope everyone else in the Nemo house gets well soon too x.

She already is getting better those steroids are wonderful things..lol A is still suffering as is C and myself. Probably feel worse with DH being away but at same time its quite nice to all sit on the couch together cuddled up. C is currently fast asleep in the pram as had to go to shops for basics and think the fresh air has wiped her out..lol

DD currently got a bad cough atm so just waiting for a cold to come out!...and ive had a cold since i came home from Grandmas and with me being at the Gym the cold is staying there till im fit!!.....
