LOL everytime BL mentions pump!! Sorry BL - got confused and was trying to figure out why you needed to return Browny's breast pump!

Hope you are all having a great time at Grandmas.

BL - I'm still on for the museum on Friday. Do you have a link to make sure I'm going to the right place - never been before. Do we bring butties? Is there somewhere to eat there? Ta x

Jaamy · 13/03/2007 12:42

Browny - forgot to ask - any news on your dad? Has he had the op yet?

And Nemo - how's your nan doing?

hugs to you both.

Leander · 13/03/2007 14:26

Sorry I never made it to grandmas today, I had a terrible headache cant seem to shift it.Wont be going tomorrow either mum and dad are coming on their way to work.Hopefully see you all next week sometime.xx
Browny hope your dads op goes ok.xx

Browny · 13/03/2007 17:10

Jammy, kiddies had a lovely time this afternoon in Grandmas, I hardly saw Joe. Dad has his operation tomorrow, I'm worrying about him already . Oh, and they'd changed the menu yet again... there's hardly anything to chose now, even the staff didn't know it had been changed AGAIN!.

Nemo thanks for the trolley again, it's a huge hit, he won't let anyone else touch it and thanks for the lovely cuddles from Chloe .

Leander, sorry you couldn't make it today, but hope your headache has gone by now, hope to see you both soon.

Biglips · 13/03/2007 17:52

aww it was so lovely to see u again Nemo and Browny....DD was shattered after all that running and flirting!! ....

ive bought DD a new beaker - its a flask more than a normal beaker as keep milk warm longer and cold drink fresher longer but it got a flip top, flexi straw instead of a hard spout! here it is - Easiflow insulated

Good luck to dadofbrowny! Hope all goes ok and he'll be running around after you again in no time! If the weather is any kind of omen, he'll be fine - it's glorious this morning.

BL - will be driving because DDs have a music class on friday am in Rainhill that isn't over until 10.45. Would be too much of a push to get home and to train in time to meet you. DO you know where's the best place to park? Which museum am i actually going to? What day is it, today? Who am I? Oh, it's all too much!

Biglips · 14/03/2007 09:08

calm down jaamy and take a DEEP breath!

Do u know where the entrance to the birkenhead tunnel?..if yes the liverpool musuem is the opposite the bhead tunnel and its also wheres the walker art gallery is and the massive library on the side of St Georges hall..you can park in there and its pay and park carpark

Jaamy · 14/03/2007 09:30

Thanks BL - panic over. HAd visions of me being in one museum and you being in the other! If the weather is nice I might actually go by train as we are so handy here for the station and we've not been on the train for aaaages. Would mean that I might not get there until a little later, say 11.45 but will text you and let you know.

Biglips · 14/03/2007 10:02

Jammy, looks like the weather this morning was a good omen, I range the hospital at lunch time and was put straight through the phone at the side of dad's bed . He sounded a little sleepy, (I was expecting him to be spaced out all day) but said that they did a PARTIAL knee replacement, so that's wonderful news because he'll recover so much quicker . I'm going in to see him later on tonight, my brother's girlfriend said she'll mind the children while we go. p.s. pmsl at you Jammy for getting all flustered .

Leander · 14/03/2007 16:11

brilliant news Browny, hope he is up and about soon xx

stoppinattwo · 14/03/2007 17:50

Good news Browny...........am delighted all has gone well

Nemo2007 · 14/03/2007 20:20

Browny am glad your dads op went well and he seems to be ok.

Jaamy pmsl at you panicking, and thanks for asking my nan isnt good to be honest, am going to see her tommorow but not expecting much interaction as she is nil by mouth for over a week now so its basically really into final stages.

Have had an odd day see my post in chat..lol

Take care all and have a good day on friday

Nemo2007 · 14/03/2007 20:23

oh meant to say I took the kids to acorn venture farm in kirby today it is sooo cheap and fab, spent couple of hours there and it is only £1 for adults and 50p for over threes may be a place to keep in mind for meetups.

Jaamy · 14/03/2007 23:03

Glad to hear your dad's op went ok, Browny and that he should recover quite quickly.

Nemo - thinking about you and your nan. Have been to Acorn Farm too. Thought it was fab and the girls think it's pretty cool too. Was very quiet when we went. Perfect. Off to track down your post in chat. What have you been up to?????

Biglips · 15/03/2007 09:20

Hi, Dad wasn't too good last night when we went to visit, he was constantly being sick and looked awful, he was very confused too . We went this morning and he looks great, just like his usual happy self!, he was sitting up on the bed, with his shirt and shorts on and had just finished a lovely lunch. We took ds2 to see him and he wasn't very happy at all when I told him that Grandad would be in bed, he said, "no, grandad not in bed". Ds2 was a little quiet at first but he behaved really well and everyone was fussing over him. I'm not going in to night, it's my brothers turn. We don't know how long he'll be in yet, but his girlfriend has offered to stay with him and look after him when he comes home, which is lovely of her... of course, I'll be sending down big dinners to feed him up too .

Nemo, I'm off to chat now to see what you've been up to as well .

rachfran · 15/03/2007 17:45

Glad your dad is feeling better browny
