Clapham/SW4 area - anyone fancy a meet-up?

We're moving to Abbeville Rd at the end of the month. DD1 2y, DD2 5m. New to the area - would love to meet some nice mums!

no problems blonde, we haven't actually moved yet!! Postponed to 23 March. Can we arrange something for w/c 10 April? Mornings best for us. Can't believe there aren't more Clapham/Battersea mums here - I met loads of N1 mums through this board. Thought I was moving to nappy valley - ???

10 April will be fine for us. Shall we confirm once you move?

I'd be interested, but can't commit to April 10 because my due date is April 1! Would definitely be interested in future meet-ups in the area though.

I'll join in - I'm a hop and a skip from Abbeville Rd (lucky you moving there - it's a gorgeous area) also in Balham. Where are you Blondeinlondon? Around the week of the 10th except for 11th (meeting motherinferior that day!). I have ds1 who is 5, dd who is 2.10 and ds2 who is 7 months. Probably won't bring all of them with me at once though!

Now we're talking! Would love to meet you all. Wilbur sounds like your youngest two are the same ages as my DDs. Good luck TC!!!

So shall we say Mon 10th, say 10.30/11? Where's good? There's a cafe on Abbeville Rd that's very baby-friendly - beyond that I don't have much of a clue

10.30 on the 10th is good for me. Which cafe? THere's a starbucks that has a couple of toys to play with for toddlers - I will probably just bring ds2 though so toys not such a big deal.

This is nice, gives me something to look forward to when we move :)

The cafe's called Bon Bon I think. Havent been to that Starbucks tho so if you think that'd be better I'm happy either way.

Will keep bumping to see if anyone else is interested, and will CAT you nearer the time with mobile no's, how to recognise each other etc if that's OK

Thanks franch, its nice people like the group so much. I missed it on Friday too, had to call in someone else to run it as I was unwell. And CID actually made it in with both me and S in the office away. Anyway hope it all gets sorted.

Anyhow hope your first weekend in your new home went well. When does dd1 start nursery?
