Hi all! Sorry to start a new thread but I'm on dialup atm so finding it hard to post on the old one as it's so long!

Happy New Year Everyone.

Mishi - course we blooming haven't managed to organise a meet without you to kick us all into touch . But how about having a meet up at Granmas at Hunts Cross on the morning of 23rd Jan 2005 (best after 20th as DH get's paid on 20th so better cash flow position!!)

Thanks Biglips and Joec!! Kids said that they were too tired to sing Happy Birthday to me this morning..... so I'll just have to wait! Going out later on this evening for a quiet meal with dh,don't know where we're going yet.

I'll be able to get to Grandma's at about 12.00 on Thursday (you know how my ds2 likes his sleep!), so will see Jaamy and Biglips then Smile

Will see you Thurs. Think will be ok as I'm supposed to be meeting up with some other mums and toddlers but don't know whether thurs or Fri am or pm. Will probably get to Grandmas for 10.30-ish and scarper before lunchtime (about 1ish). Ended up spending a fortune in there last week for lunch, can't afford 2 weeks in a row- Nice though it is!

Thanks Jammy, I've had a very lazy day so far, I've had a visit from my 'other' mother-in-law, she didn't stay long and brought me a lovely bouqet of flowers and a necklace, we're picking up Happy Meals for the kids' tea and then out we go!!

I'll try and get to Grandma's earlier, ds2 will have to have an early night so he get's his 12 hours! GrinShockWink

Hello all..might be able to come to meet on thurs depending on finances...which are not looking too hopeful at the minute so lots of days out to free places at the min..lol

Been in spekehall all day today with the 2 tinkers. Was nice enough weather and A was delighted with aeroplanes and a playground..lol

been out all afternoon to the Mariner Lake in Crosby/Waterloo as its a massive lake, park and field... DD couldnt hack it with the hot weather !!

Glad you had a nice night out for your birthday, Browny. Isn't it strange whrn the littlies aren't around.. Almost feel guilty.
Off for a grown up girls only meal out tomorrow night. There's five of us with a collective brood of 7 2-and-unders. Should be fun seeing how the men cope with the baby sitting!
See everyone tomorrow at Grandmas. Seems such a shame to spend the time indoors though, with the weather so good, an' all.

Had dream last night that i woke up in a panic at 10.40 and couldn't get to grandmas in time to meet you...the sleep would have been nice though! lol

it was sssooo lovely to see you again Jaamy and youre little ones are adorable! and Browny your DS2 is getting taller and taller everytime i see him, he be very cute when he grown up esp with them gorgeous curls Wink

DD was so whacked out before as had half an hour sleep till i woke her up in the pram... now she is wide awake playing and singing away in her cot - That wasnt supposed to happen!! Angry she supposed to be ASLEEP!!!!

lol Biglips!! Yes, was lovely to see you both again, the little ones are really growing up so fast!! Jammy, after you left your dd1's little friend came up to me and asked where she was, as she wanted to play with her... ahhh, (little dd2 is adorable, such a smiley, happy little girl). My ds2 told his uncle that he'd played with "ahhh, baby" lol!!

It was so lovely to see you and your littlies today Browny and biglips. DD is lovely, biglips and those gorgeous blond curls will have all the men after her! And Browny, DS2 is such a handsome little chap, make the most of those cuddles while they last! LOL at J's little friend looking for her after we'd left - she certainly makes an impression wherever she goes. A sends you all a big giggly smile!
The time went so fast - I'm really looking forward to our next meet up
Just back from my grown up girls night out. Very nice to catch up with the girls, though I think the waiter thought he must have stumbled upon a mothers meeting in the village hall!

Did not end up going to calderstones on thursday as we decided to go camping on friday so spent thurs trying to gather our bits together. Had a fab time camping and both littlies absolutely loved it. Weather was fab but with a very nice wind on saturday which made it more bearable. However am now completely exhausted..lol

When is the next meet up?
