Hi all! Sorry to start a new thread but I'm on dialup atm so finding it hard to post on the old one as it's so long!

Happy New Year Everyone.

Mishi - course we blooming haven't managed to organise a meet without you to kick us all into touch . But how about having a meet up at Granmas at Hunts Cross on the morning of 23rd Jan 2005 (best after 20th as DH get's paid on 20th so better cash flow position!!)

Morning of 23rd o.k. for me too - what time exactly??

I've started to take all the decorations down today - you should have seen the carpet.. there was tinsel all over the place, not to mention blue-tack!! Everything is still in cardboard boxes and plastic bags in the hall, ready for dh to put them in the loft - wonder how long they'll stay there!!! lol

ive just been watching- "911 the flight that fought back" sooo sad .. still cant believed it had happened as i was at work at the call centre and the phones were silence for 2 hours and we had the telly on in shock!

i was on holiday in Majorca that day. my friend at work kept texting to update me - I just couldn't believe it at first, couldn't take it in, thought it had to be some sort of sick joke.

My Dp's sister and their Grandad was on holiday in USA and they was due to come home on the same day as the flight but ended up staying in USA for nearly 2 weeks in a hotel - they never got the money refunded

Hello everyone hope you're all doing ok and had a nice 'holiday'... Sophia had an ovarian hernia and emergency surgery a few days before Christmas so it was a bit weird for us! But she's ok and nice and happy again now

CHANGE OF PLAN

(agreed with MTS as well)...as edodgy cant make it on the 23rd due to jack havin his jabs.. 23RD IS CANCELLED... im free again on 25/01 and 30/01 (all day) and im free on 27/01 (free in afternoon)

just a remainder - Seacombe aquarium - the playcentre for big kids cost £2.00 for half an hour! but not sure on the babies playcentre

I can't do the 27th and I can't get anywhere near Seacombe without having to express on public transport! But it's ok if the rest of you want to go there I don't mind

I can do any date except a Friday - if Theo misses seeing his friend Daniel he'll be hell to live with...haven't seen him over the Christmas hols and all I've heard is 'Daniel?' me- 'No, Daniel in a few weeks' DS- 'Daniel? No, week, Daniel week. DANIEL WEEK!'

Fastasleep, poor little Sophia - you must have been out of your mind with worry - I'm glad she's recovered so quickly!. Can't wait to see her at Grandmas and Theo too, it's been a long time!

Joec - can you make it on the 23rd? Eve will love it there - hope you can come, but I know you've got the others to pick up too - I'm lucky as dh works the early shift all the time now.

Edogy, sorry we won't be meeting up this time, but hopefully we'll meet at the next one.

Well, that's a yes from me!

Dh has just gone to collect the gang from school - It's mayhem as soon as they walk through the door - I'll try and get dh to take us all out somewhere!!
