It feels like there's a lack of focus right now, going by the posts so far today!

Low carbing is not a forgiving way of eating, and while the odd 'lapse' here and there can usually be accommodated, anything more than that really will show on the scales.

The week 2 thread was also suspiciously quiet, which leads me to wonder how many people are still actually Bootcamping?!

So let's re-set things

Forget about last week, and start afresh. Focus on what you're going to cook/eat this week, and make sure it's Bootcamp-compliant. Perhaps consider going back to strict Bootcamp, rather than moving on to Bootcamp Light.

If you're wavering about low carbing, go to the spreadsheet and read some of the resources there, or to a site like https://www.dietdoctor.com/news The Diet Doctor, as a reminder of the benefits of eating like this, beyond weight loss.

Here's the spreadsheet

You don't have to enter your weight if you don't want to - or if you're taking a break from weighing - but it's good to do so for the accountability.

And good luck! We can do this! Flowers

I have been missing in action for the last two weekends. Staying with family and friends. Meals out, wine and occasional carbs. I've tried to make the best food choices I could from the options available but i am dreading getting on the scales tomorrow.
I'm planning an alcohol and caffeine free month starting from now. Hopefully that will help me get back on track.

Evening all! Crazy busy weekend but filled with great choices so feeling really proud.

ds1 is being put forward for his first grading in karate - he’s only 7 and it’s the first thing that he’s gotten really excited about and to see his love for it just makes me feel so proud of him.
took them to the beach yesterday afternoon for fish and chips and ice cream, I picked a seafood kebab instead and it was delicious, king prawns and scallops and mussles with a creamy garlicky spring onion sauce.

Today was Sunday roast (minus the Yorkshires for me) and the stark realisation that I have a uni assignment due in by 4pm tomorrow and still need to write 400 words - late night write up sessions ahead!

celeriac Tagliatelle for tomorrows dinner :)

I've been weirdly poorly over the last couple of days. Absolutely horrible chesty cough - reaching all the time trying to make a productive cough, if you know what I mean.

Went to the gym yesterday, with my PT, so avoided too much cardio. But everything else was fine.

Gradually today having a more productive cough. But weirdly feeling absolutely fine! No other symptoms, and no fever, etc. I just sound like a consumptive!

Also today - no idea if it's related - absolutely no appetite. So I went with it and didn't eat until we went out for dinner. I did, though, share a bottle of wine with DH.

Wonder what will show on the scales tomorrow?

Yay! Better weigh in this morning down a couple of lb this week overall. Can I get it to under 12st by the end of the month? 11lb lost now since start of Jan thanks to all and especially @BIWI without you I wouldn’t still be here as it’s been slow.

@Magnolia82 what strength exercises are you doing at home please? I also need to do something. Do you have a link to a workout?
