This is the official sign-up thread!

As ever, it will be for 10 weeks, so the final weigh-in will be Monday 22 July, so will finish just in time for the school summer holidays.

Can I please join as a newbie too? I don’t have much to lose (half a stone/3kgs) but it’s very stubborn and I’m very indisciplined. I’ll start on 16/5, as I have a work trip on 13/5 for a couple of days and I’ll have very little control over what I eat.
