As ever, it will be for 10 weeks, so the final weigh-in will be Monday 22 July, so will finish just in time for the school summer holidays.

Ok, scrambled eggs for breakfast and have a crust less quiche in oven for lunch at work today. I’ll tackle shopping after work, but I have a steak in fridge I’d forgot about (2 for £7 last week and forgot one was still there!!)

Could I join please? I’ve done Atkins on and off for many years, have been doing the Fast 800 for the past week and I’m already in ketosis, which helps! Sorry if I’m too late, I only just found this forum. Mumsnet really does have everything Smile

Not too late at all @PushkarKali! As Bert says, just jump in!

Bootcamp isn't a low calorie plan though, so it's different from the Fast800 - just to warn you!

@Summery1 I picked up on the arrabbiata sauce because of how you posted:

L: chicken breast with arrabiata sauce (think carb free)

... to point out that it won't be carb free at all! Tomatoes are allowed, but you have to be careful because in a sauce they can quickly become quite carby. And it also depends what else is in the sauce. Just as an example, Sainsbury's fresh arrabbiata sauce has 14.5g carbs in half a pot

That, taken with the rest of the food you'd eaten that day was a potential concern.
