Good morning all

I see from the end of last week's thread that some of us have been struggling with various demons.

We only have two weeks left, so time to gird your loins (however you do that!), and plough on.

Hopefully the snow has gone, or is disappearing rapidly, and that there's enough appropriate food in the shops. At least our problem is not being able to find what we want - I saw a very sad piece in the news yesterday about a dairy farmer, who was having to throw all his milk away, because the tanker couldn't get to his farm to collect it. So days' worth of money for him gone Sad

Anyway, here's the lovely new thread, and with the fantastic Spreadsheet of Fabulousness.

Good luck this week. Stick with it and keep the focus.

Thanks biwi, 1.5 down which I'm delighted with as carbs crept back last week including a pizza express meal out last night. I had some good days too so looks like they balanced out.

ScreamingValenta · 05/03/2018 07:12

1 lb down this week - happy with that.

GuyMartinsSideburns · 05/03/2018 07:15

Morning! Could someone add my weight please - 131 thanks Flowers

Hope you all have a good day

YoLoHogwomanay · 05/03/2018 07:21

Twoo · 05/03/2018 07:24

MorningPeeps and thank you for the new thread BIWI

lizard202 · 05/03/2018 07:26

Good call, 0.3 pound on for me after three days below 11stone followed by illness and a bit of self-sabotage. Going to heed the call and be strict for the final two weeks to make the most of this one. Good luck everyone xxx

Bluntness100 · 05/03/2018 07:27

Morning all, thanks for the new thread.

Last two week sprint....

BrassicaBabe · 05/03/2018 07:29

1lb on for me. But I'm as close as possible to my final goal. I've still managed to loose 4lb this BC. I'll take that! Grin

ASDismynormality · 05/03/2018 07:39

3.8lbs increase for me Shock. After losing my appetite for a couple of weeks it returned and I think this is some sort of rebound. Also my boiler is broken so the cold is making me want to eat more. Bit pissed off really!

Kleptronic · 05/03/2018 07:46

I've lost 6oz which I am very pleased with. I think my body wants to stay this weight very much, and to be fair to it, BMI 23 is reasonable. I don't want to though. I can feel an egg fast coming on.

AveAtqueVale · 05/03/2018 07:51

5lbs down for me! Though I think most of that is water weight I put on last week with birthday carbyness. Still brings total loss for this boot camp to 7lbs which sounds more respectable than it has been!

SoMuchToBits · 05/03/2018 07:54

I've stayed the same this week, which is ok considering I had some wine this weekend. I think I'll try to avoid having any this week, as I'd really like to see a loss next time. Think that will be easier now the weather's warming up a bit!

TimeIhadaNameChange · 05/03/2018 08:03

I’ve put the correct link on the last thread.

Will update spreadsheet when I’m not on the iPad. Am 1.8 lbs down which I’m thrilled about!

Two NSVs this weekend. My mum bought be a ring for my birthday about 7 years ago. For the last few years it’s been firmly stuck on my finger, with amputation the only way to remove it. Was idly playing about with it the other day and it came off! The ring, that is, not my finger. And last night there was a mention of behinds on the tv, and DP turned to me and said that, since I’d started running, my arse has got a wee bit better! Obviously losing two and half stone has helped! He was rather embarrassed to have said that, but I’m taking it!

Rshard · 05/03/2018 08:09

Morning

Some great results and of course loads of koko!!

Weighing in tomorrow but I’ve decided to to do full boot camp these last two weeks - anyone else?

Kleptronic · 05/03/2018 08:20

Me Rshard I've lost 4lb over this Bootcamp and want another 4! I've let the wine creep up.

Twoo · 05/03/2018 08:31

Crumbs 2lbs on for me. 10st 12lbs. Not drank alcohol, not cheated really apart from half a dozen chips early on in bc. I’m putting it down to normal fluctuations (havnt been to loo yet today Blush). But all this past week the scales have been up, down, up again.

Overall I’m down 8lbs this bootcamp which I’m very pleased with. I’ve got to be honest, I don’t think I would be 8lbs down without the support of this thread so thank you.

EeeSheWasThin · 05/03/2018 08:39

Morning!

Another lb so that’s half a stone since the start of boot camp. Very pleased. Happy to lose steadily. I hadn’t really thought about a target at the beginning as I started off doing this for my IBS but I feel so much better now my clothes fit me. I think probably under 9st 7lb. I remember I was 9st when I met DP but 11 years on I’d probably look a bit gaunt.

Thanks everyone for your support and encouragement.

BadlyParkedRangeRover · 05/03/2018 08:41

Not weighing as only just got back into LCHF properly over the past couple of weeks.
BIWI To gird your loins you would tie up your clothes leaving your legs free for battle

TerfsUp · 05/03/2018 08:42

I'm on Week 7 (so out of synch with most of you) but am doing strict bc, rshard. You are welcome to join me!

abbey44 · 05/03/2018 08:47

Morning. 2lb down on the week - which is a pound up on both the weekend weigh-ins (damn!) - but I'll take that. 9lbs total so far and resolve still strong. Had hoped for more, but at least it's still going in the right direction.

NSV - I have some boots that were difficult to zip up, so could only wear thin leggings underneath them. Yesterday they zipped up over jeans and still had room inside. Maybe they've stretched a bit but still...

AthelstaneTheUnready · 05/03/2018 09:14

Morning, all - nice arse compliment, Time!

Same old 132 for me this morning, which given I couldn't eat for 48 hours between Friday and Sunday, and only broke the fast with a small bowl of pork and broccoli yesterday afternoon, is very aggravating.

I have lost 11lbs on this BC (started a week early at 143lb), which is massively better than not having lost it. But have been at 132 since the 17th Jan now (with a brief dip of a lb about two weeks ago). I'm not sure what else to do, or if stalling for nearly 8 weeks is not unusual? Perhaps I'm still paying the price for my cat-induced week of sugar and wine.

Rshard · 05/03/2018 09:31

Thanks kleptronic and terfsup

MumOfAPickle · 05/03/2018 09:40

Morning, thanks for the new thread BIWI
1lb down this morning which is all good for me. I have made my peace with the fact that this is a long term thing for me so if I can lose half a stone this bc then I'll be very happy.

I would definitely be up for an interim thread as although it must be dull, recording my meals really makes me eat better.

BlackMozart · 05/03/2018 09:46

Weighed myself for a change on a Monday and after my 2lbs on, on Saturday they are off again. God knows what that’s about. So I am going to weigh on a Monday from now on (even though I”m not recording on the s/sheet) and stop arsing about with weighing on random days and times. Stupid.
Birthday celebs over, naughty choc though lurking on kitchen table are being ignored and if no one else eats them I will put them in the bin. They’re are not even that nice.
Off to muck out now and will decide when I come back in whether I”m fasting or not today. I have only had hot water and lemon so far so it can be a fast day if I want it to be. We’ll see...

Bluntness100 · 05/03/2018 10:28

I'd be up for an interim thread also when boot camp ends. I reckon I'm on this for at least another month. Hard to judge as I only go on clothes sizes and don't weigh myself.

I find the thread motivating, feel like I'm not in it alone and it's nice to see others successes and journey.
